What i can say is i am very happy to stay in this hotel. Great location, quiet environment because it's not located in front of main road but still walking distance to the main road. Near shopping mall. Receptionist can help find Tuk Tuk or any transportation for you. Overall, i love staying here!

Everything is very good. The room is clean and in good condition. I like it's Lobby which smells good with coffee flavour. It is very near to Central Hatyai which is about 150m within walking distance. Though the road towards the main road is a bit quiet and dark at night. There are plenty of Free car parks surrounding the hotel. I strongly recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel. It costs only THB119/set with free flow of coffees, Milo, and fruit teas. The main course offered is delicious and its value is definitely more than the money we paid. The only upset is the room is not sound proof from the corridor. And if the hotel could provide more pillows that will be a plus to it. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงดังรบกวนตลอด ยิ่งตอนเช้า เสียงลากกระเป๋าดังรบกวนการนอนมาก เสียงห้องข้างๆ ก็ดังรบกวน ไดร์เป่าผม, พนักงานลากรถเข็นเสียงดัง จนไม่ได้นอน, ราคาไม่แพง ,หน้าเซนทรัล, หมอนบางและไม่สบาย อย่างอื่นค่อนข้างโอเค

Bhava Residence offers a delightful stay with a solid mix of facilities, amenities, services, and a prime location. The facilities are modern and elegant concept and a cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding. Amenities are thoughtful, with complimentary toiletries, refrigerator and also microwave that is rare for any hotel I had booked before. The service is a highlight—staff are attentive, friendly, and quick to address requests, ensuring a personalized experience. The location is ideal, nearby Central Festival Hatyai, Makro. The Cons, the room is unsoundproof. We can hear conversation from outside room. Overall, a great choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in a vibrant setting.
