民宿在一個大商場對面，吃的買的方便。一樓二樓是按摩店，我們住的四樓兩個房間。三天就我們這幫人，自由度很高，房東不會打攪我們，缺什麼和她們説一下馬上送來。最貼心的是瓶裝水管夠。三人間空間大，兩室太擠，特別是大床間箱子都沒有地方放。好在外面公用客廳面積大，可以去那裡吃飯做事，還有個簡易電梯。離中心地段步行20分鐘以內可以抵達，離汽車站步行15分鐘，整體來説不錯。

這是新的酒店，離市區很近，去Krua Pa yad走路四分鐘。雖然沒有電梯，但員工會把我們的行李拿上樓上。空調很給力，員工態度很好。性價比高，值得推薦。還會再來。

Hai, this is my first time booking hotel in hatyai by myself. This hotel suitable for people who looking for budget hotel. The amenities is enough and well prepared. I book double deluxe room for 4 people but the staff are responsible to replace our room with another room that have add on single bed without extra charges because the air conditioning in the room was broke. Eventhough there's no lift (only cargo lift), the hotel only have about 3 or 4 level. In the room there's refrigerator, table and chair, rack to hang towel and storage to put bag, television, extension socket and electric keetle. There's iron with board provided in each level. I give 4 star for cleanliness because of toilet (there's some hair on the floor) but overall the room is very good and pretty. The only suggestion is to add mirror in the room so it's easier for us to use it instead of using the mirror in bathroom. The bed is so comfy. The hotel is in front of diana shopping complex so you can just walk to the mall. The staff cannot speak english but they will try to help you. Overall it's a good stay for 3 days and 2 nights.

ที่พักสะอาดมาก พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสบริการดีมากๆเพื่อนๆบอกว่านอนแล้วเหมือนดูดวิญญาณเลยหลับสบายค่ะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพร้อมเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีลิฟท์สำหรับผู้พักขึ้นลงแต่ยังดีที่มีลิฟต์ขนของทำให้ตอนขนสัมภาระขึ้นห้องพักไม่ต้องถือเดินขึ้นเองพนักงานบริการขนสัมภาระให้อีกข้อที่ดีคือทำเลอยู่ตรงข้ามห้างไดอาน่าหาดใหญ่แค่เดินข้ามถนนก็ถึงแล้ว

The room was spacious & have wifi. I booked a room with 2 king beds and 1 single bed with affordable price in Hatyai. City view, in front is Dyana Mall and have a little balcony to enjoy the view. Room was clean so do bathroom. Air conditioning unit also cool, have refrigerator but don’t have iron in the room, they provided iron in certain floor have to go there to used it. Hotel has a small cargo lift only, a person can use it but safety not guarenteed because the cargo lift is open concept. I used it a while just to enjoy with my kids. Later i just using stairs, fortunately this hotel isn’t too tall, stairs is enough. This hotel don’t provide parking for vehicles but the management try very best to provide a spot for me. I parked beside hotel, in front of some repair workshop. As for me thats good enough and i really appreciate it. Staff were friendly even though cannot speak very good english but they do understand you and try their best to give service.

I had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn & Spa Hatyai. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. One of the best things is the spa located downstairs, which is super convenient if you're looking for a massage after a long day of exploring. The location is also great, and everything about my stay was pleasant. I booked during a promotion, so the price was very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly hotel in Hatyai!
