隔音非常非常非常差，門外有人走路或者稍微一點動靜都會在房內聽得非常清楚，工作人員輕聲説話都會聽得很清楚，我都懷疑門是紙做的…（我有影片衹是這裡沒法發出來）然後房內陽台的玻璃門鎖是在陽台外才能鎖，門內在房間是沒法鎖的，如果有心之人從隔壁陽台爬來房內是很輕鬆的事因為兩個陽台相連隔著一牆壁而已… （請看照片）還有酒店提供的沐浴露超級小支根本不夠使用，酒店有必要那麼吝嗇嗎？？？（請看照片）至於地點的話距離lee garden 步行30分鐘酒店對面就有7-11 還有酒店和房間是很乾凈的有加分，但我以後也不會在入住這家酒店

入住合艾River Hotel體驗感很好。酒店位置絕佳，交通出行便利，周邊吃喝購物都很方便。客房環境衞生整潔，設施齊全舒適。服務人員態度友好貼心，響應及時周到。整體入住感受舒適省心，性價比很高，來合艾旅行很推薦選擇這裡。

酒店本身還不錯，樓下有711很方便，周圍吃飯地方挺多，就是隔壁是個迪廳夜店，聲音巨大，得折騰到夜裡2點多才消停，其他都很好

Overall, we had a very good stay and were 100% satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great overall. The only area that could be improved is the soundproofing. We could hear quite a lot of noise, which sometimes affected our rest. Better sound insulation would make the experience almost perfect. Overall, highly recommended and we would be happy to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really pleasant stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and easy to get around from. The host was also friendly and responsive whenever we had any questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Ithis newly opened hotel in Hatyai and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—situated right between Central Hatyai and Lee Garden, making it very convenient to get around. There’s also a 7-Eleven just nearby, which is super handy for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel itself feels very modern and well-designed. One unique feature I really liked was the digital room numbering system, along with a doorbell for every room—it adds a nice touch of convenience and privacy. The staff at the reception were friendly and able to communicate well in English, which made the check-in and overall stay smooth and comfortable. Another big plus is the large car parking area, which is perfect if you’re driving. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a new, clean, and well-located hotel in Hatyai. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location, good cleaner, free coffee capsules, good. Good service, cold air-conditioning, bed could be softer, bathroom floor slippery, very soft slippers, nice, convenience 10/10.

A good choice hotel for travelling. Location near to all travel spot. 7-eleven just opposite, some restaurants and food bar nearby as well. Recommend to stay, definitely will come back again!!
