I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Best experience stay for short vacation it have spacious room & advisable those with own transport will be much more convenient to travel around as hotel located outskirt of hatyai city center.

This hotel located in Songkhla is very new and fairly clean. Not much complain to be honest. However, it is very hard to book Grab or get a taxi here as it's rural area and quite a distance away from Hatyai. Lucky for us to meet a friendly Grab driver since Day 1 and has been always asking him to fetch us personally. If not, it will be so much of a trouble concerning how to travel out from this hotel to Hatyai or back to Airport.
