To travel you need to go to a remote rural road, rubber plantation and a hill with a gravel road. It was up on the hill. When I say hill it is really up on a steep hill. If you don't have transportation or 4 wheels drive transportation, better find other options. It was raining when I went so the road was slippery and muddy and bumpy and there were holes here and there. I was not given a room but a tent where it is situated at some ground hill terrace so the steps are steep. There is a mattress on the wooden base in my tent. Workers can hardly speak English. Toilet is common sharing. The bed sheet has stains and ants are everywhere. The resort is not properly maintained. First morning, at 10.30am it was already hot in the tent..they provide only fan. Water pressure is very very low and there is no water heater for a cold area like this. The generator is not constantly working. There were times when we were out of electricity. The price is expensive and I say it is not worth it. Booked for 2 nights but we only stayed 1 night and desperately look for better options and found another hotel near the city to enjoy Hatyai.

The view are nice, the staff are friendly, send us up and down from the mountain. But after sunrise not suitable to stay in room, cause very hot.
