歐式風格高級酒店，酒店很新，有自己的停車場，適合自駕。房間雖然小可是該有的都會有，吹風機還是Dayson品牌，mini bar所有東西都免費，服務很好，睡的很舒服，回再回頭入住。

我的腳比較敏感我看到床單比較骯髒一點整雙腳起一粒一粒小紅點很癢我個人覺得床單不清潔我女友也有同樣的困擾我們幸虧自己帶了一次性枕頭套其他服務不錯整體的就是衛生需要注意

overall the hotel is at a good location and room has sufficient space for a couple. however, the service needs to be improved as some of the staff is not helpful. for instance, we asked for some hot water but they were discussing in thai in front of us and rejected our request, saying the hotel only provide ice water. one of the staff even shut the lift in front of us while we were rushing to the lift while carrying heavy stuff.

Clean, cosy and comfortable room. My room has window with views. A peaceful place. The concierge provided us with tuk-tuk service ride to look for halal food in town. Very much appreciated. Just unnecessary pressure for reception to call the room at 11am to remind on check out time. It is understandable that check out is 12 noon. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

plus point - can use their tuk tuk service to nearby cafes, within their approved radius! accommodating to our request to decorate for my mum's birthday! abit sad as you have nice view of the sunset but was blocked by the architecture. nevertheless, good stay!

Overall good, having own parking area, but only one lift in the hotel, take longer waiting time during peak hour. There is no toilet air ventilation/exhaust. Hotel is provide tuk tuk car service but only free for within 1km and only one way, if you need tuk tuk back to hotel will have charge of 150baht.

Overall it is a pleasant experience to stay at Bestier Hotel 😚 although the breakfast is not complementary, but I would say it definitely worth the prices. It’s not the typical hotel buffet breakfast. The chef there will take the order and serve the breakfast set you chosen 1 by 1. Ordered a Thai style breakfast & American breakfast during my stay. Both taste good 🤩🤩 For drinks, I would recommend the Hot Thai Milk Tea from the Nescafé machine (Taste good 👍🏻 ) & Iced Thai Milk Tea (Taste like Cha Tra Mue). I think the only pros are limited lift & outdoor parking spot.
