My stay at Richman Resort was MARVELLOUS. We stayed at the villa which has 3 rooms, a living room, a private pool, and a heated pool too! Each room has a very large TV (perhaps 75inch) and the rooms are spacious too. The resort feels so luxurious it makes you feel so rich, yet the room prices are very decent. The villa supposedly accommodates 6 adults only but they allow another guests (with additional charges) and that includes towel, blanket and the breakfast too! Best thing is the breakfast was served in the villa, food are great (they are non halal but there are other food you can eat), they provide two main courses for each person and a beverage. Their services were SPLENDID, I mostly contacted the receptionist through whatsapp messages and they responded the kindest and have every solutions to our issues. All staff are amazing and very helpful and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Very recommend everyone to stay here!

Got a room in the new building (just opened in Jul25), super spacious room and amazingly comfortable bed. The TV in the room is huge and equipped with full amenities. On and off we could hear some knocking renovation sound during the day time but evening was fine. The location was a bit off, it requires a bit of walking to the nearest convenient stores. Only good if you are driving. Free parking available, this new building is connected to the old/main one. You can still use the pool/gym etc.

酒店整體的設施和服務確實是不錯，不過酒店稍微有一點遠離了市區，打車需要十幾分鍾，進入到衚衕裡的感覺，周邊吃的比較少，逛吃可能還需要回到市中心的位置。

I had a really pleasant stay at Richmann Hotel in Hatyai. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathtub was huge , perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.

I returned here after 2 years, they have maintained the premises well, expanded and accommodated well to the changes in terms of variety of food at breakfast, services at the hotel. Due to being in a little isolated area, having a bar operate till late hours, adding a few more options to the menu, having more lights leading up to the hotel and parking to ensure safety may be a great addition. The pool may get a little crowded some hours but otherwise overall, great environment!

The hotel is conveniently located, not too far from the city center and easy to access by car. The room was clean, well-organized, and felt quite new. However, during my stay, there was no hand soap provided at the sink, which is a small but important detail. Breakfast options were limited, and the taste was not particularly impressive.
