One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Looks like they are doing zero to maintain or upkeep the place, the room had no air so we had to keep our window open all night, the TV didn't work, the pillows are little square pillows that are ridiculous, the bed is worse then a pull out couch The water slide which was the only reason I went there with my kids was closed. The front desk wasn't helpful at all, they weren't willing to turn on the lights to the outside pool and, sitting area. Highly recommend no one stay here. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me.

Points à améliorer : Vieille bâtisse qui aurait besoin d'être rénovée, air climatisée qui ne fonctionne pas de façon optimale, fourmi et araignée dans la salle de bain. Points fort: personnel chaleureux et accueillant, emplacement, balcon pour toutes les chambres.

Very outdated and janky. Super disappointed there was no hot tub-the only reason we decided this hotel vs another was because it had a hot tub and sauna. (Sauna was pretty ghetto and vandelized all over the walls, barely got hot). The water slide wasn't working either, although still listed in amenities. Found it very weird that the balconies were no smoking. We also used our towels for the pool thinking they would replace it no problem...unknowingly they have specific pool towels (super thing, stained, and small). The front desk gave us pool towels and refused to give us the "nicer" white room towels. The pool towel didn't even cover our full bodies. Breakfast was subpar but lady working was super friendly.
