place is extraordinary but maintenance is very poor for the amount being charged room and bathroom are full of cockroaches and insects basic amenities like mosquito repellent and few other things need to be asked for network issues need to be sorted out by having good wifi connection. frequent powercuts and food is very avergae but costly

Horrible experience.... there was no water in taps and people didn't have anything as back up to support the guest stay .... staff were not trained to handle any kind of crisis ... staff managing the spa was absconding and the manager was only cutting sorry pictures to everyone there.... Not worth it and in fact have asked them to refund my money .... Do not recommend

Disappointing experience! the service was lethargic, and the property's cleanliness was subpar. We booked valley view rooms, but the view was nonexistent. There is no valley view rooms. All they have mountain view be cautious when booking. Additionally, the staff seemed understaffed. Not recommended.

The property and location is really good. However the service is really poor and not that of a premium place at the price we had booked the stay. The staff is untrained, and most cannot converse in English or the local language, it was hard to convey basic messages with few of the staff. The person responsible for taking out on Trek was giving absurd reasons for not taking us on trek. Our room was situated at the bottom of the hill, where noisy excavation work was being carried out during our stay, the buggy did not turn up a couple of times even during our check out and we had to walk our way uphill with our luggage. The manager was nearby at the reception, but did not bother to even check with us when we were visibly upset and was in general aloof. The property has good potential for a refreshing getaway, but with the current management and lack of service mindset(at this cost) it just isn't worth staying....expected a better stay with 4+ star disappointed this time. PS: The food menu is literally few lines, and most of the listed items were not available. No local specialty, just a few handful dishes which were okay.

cons: 1. shoddy wifi, was not working most of the time. was especially frustrating since network reception was not there. 2. loose plug points, kept on disconnecting while charging 3. view from room was basically a wall 4. food & drinks were below average for the price pros: 1. location is nice 2. staff was very courteous

Connecting roads are narrow and about 1km of muddy roads difficult to drive on. Food was good. Service was very poor , anything and everything you had to do multiple follow-ups to get anything. Basic amenities were present. Property is marketed as a luxury property but is maintained very badly. Had booked a Thottimane room, which had a shared courtyard. This was so badly maintained.. the sofas in the courtyard had lot of lizard droppings, the whole courtyard was fully dusty. The classic example of the property not being maintained was that the cupboard in the room dint have a latch and their staff would come with a screwdriver to pry it open. And I could deduce this issue has not fixed for a long time as the door was fully of scratches, as they have been prying it open each time a customer complained.. the only positive here was the food which was good.. for the prices they charge there is no value for money here

Power back up was not working....frequent power cuts .... room was not properly secured.... no mirrors in room except barhroom....not worth the price

The property is in the midst of coffee plantation giving a serene view of the mountains and the valley providing a sense of calm and peace with the most hospitable & friendly staff taking care of all your requirements. Other positives include rooms providing all the basic amenities, sufficient food options and other outdoor/indoor activities for having a fun filled vacation with your family & friends.

Food is good, but expensive... Service is a bit slow, Had to wait some time after ordering... Location is nice, they have two viewpoints and the valley view is gorgeous...Resort needs some maintenance, the swimming pool tiles are coming off and hurt my husband's feet, even in the kids pool tiles are coming off which is a safety concern..
