The hotel was impeccably clean, with a very well-maintained facility. The staff kept the rooms and common areas spotless. Worst hotel i have ever experienced, lobby itself started stinking as soon as you enter, so imagine room and bathroom how it could be, most rooms are filled with alcohol drinkers and smokers with their room doors open. Family people please opt this hotel. Next comes the restaurant other than the taste, rest like cleanliness, service, arrogant attitude of staff and mosquitoes around table can’t sit for more than 3 minutes. They offer buffet breakfast and they serve at 10. 00 am not the people who stay but for the people who come in busses. Very worst you can’t sit in that crowd to have your breakfast.

Dirty torn bedsheets, torn curtains, smelly rooms, faulty flush. We had to stand out as all sheets were torn or with dirty stains. Then power went out for some rooms which restored after 1 hour. At night power issue again and we were ordered to change room and noon e had courtesy to even help with luggage. We had to gather our stuff in darkness and shift all by ourself. Horrible experience!

Location is good but very bad service very low response, we have to call minimum 4 to 5 times. Very bad food taste, no varieties. And water bottle very small soap expect noting provided that small soap not even sufficient for one time face wash. I booked king size bed they provide divede bed, very small size room. Toilet upper seating plastic plate was broken. As per the price hotel management not maintain the hotel rooms. Over all i am not happy with one day stay.

Positives : room was clean with everything in working order. Staff was helpful. There was ample parking space provided in adjacent property. Breakfast was tasty. Negatives: toiletries wasn't provided except for a small soap. Found it bit expensive for the basic amenities.
