!!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING THE HORRIBLE DECISION OF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! Unfortunately, the conditions I encountered were far below acceptable standards and made my experience extremely uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues. The couch in the room had visible stains, and the bathroom tiles were cracked, creating both an unsanitary and unsafe environment. To make matters worse, I encountered roaches in both the bathroom and bedroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Several amenities were either broken or in poor condition. The microwave was rusted and did not work, the TV was nonfunctional, and none of the ice machines on the property were operational—they were also visibly rusted. Additionally, there was clear water damage on the ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom, which appeared to have gone unattended for quite some time. The overall cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. The towels provided had holes in them, and the general condition of the room suggested a lack of proper upkeep. The complimentary breakfast was also unacceptable. The food quality was very appetizing. All that was provided was biscuits and watered down gravy with a side of cold undercooked sausage links. The orange juice tasted like chlorine, making it undrinkable. Given the number and severity of these issues, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or functionality.
