The hotel looks fantastic on the outside. The rooms on the inside are very average, as was the breakfast. This was a hotel which ought to have the wow factor but doesn’t. Nothing to complain about, but I probably wouldn’t want to spend more than the odd night there. The on site parking is very limited but it turned out it was cheaper to park in the public car park just around the corner once we realised there were no spaces left on arrival.

Very clean, warm comfy beds lovely bars and staff great location

On arrival the receptionist gave a a complimentary upgrade to a suite, very nice indeed. The breakfast service was excellent fresh cooked and plenty of choice.
We will stay again

This hotel was terrible, two night stay and first morning breakfast was a disaster, no tables set, no plates hardly any food, no orange juice no juice glasses, coffee machine not working so did not really have breakfast, complained to manager all I got was sorry we are really short on staff.
At 4 ock in the afternoon had to ask for the room to be made up although out of room from 9-30 in the morning.
I think in all honesty we should have been offered a refund for the first night.
