There were hairs on the bed of all different colours, the bathroom was dirty and had half used products still in it. The kettle and TV didn't work, which was very disappointing. Tea and Coffee provided was in a plastic lunchbox that had a used, broken stirrer in. Overall, was not worth the £50 I paid for the night. Either needs to be deep cleaned or price needs to decrease

Had a really good stay at this hotel. Staff were great and help full. Location is good for local shops and restaurants and is in good location for travel purposes. I will be staying again when I’m back in London. 5/5 stars

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and warm-hearted. The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Everything was perfect and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

L’unica salvezza di questo motel e non hotel, sono i receptionist, gentili, premurosi e disponibili 24 su 24. Detto ciò, è stata l’esperienza più brutta della mia vita. Il motel è molto vecchio, con finestre rotte, moquette vecchia e con muri sporchi. La pulizia della camera è paragonabile a quella di un tugurio. Bagni sporchi con annessa tavoletta del water giallastra. Non era presente neanche lo sciacquone del bagno. Non ho avuto la possibilità di appoggiare un asciugamano perché non c era neanche un gancio. Mi dispiace solo per i receptionist, ai quali va un voto 10/10. Per il resto salvatevi e non prenotate in questo posto orribile, le foto ingannano al 100%.

Se non fosse per il personale molto gentile meriterebbe solo una stella...in 5 giorni e 4 notti in cui siamo stati non ci è stata rifatta una sola volta la stanza ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi altri asciugamani puliti, altrimenti non c'erano nemmeno quelli. Le foto sono abbastanza fuorvianti, basatevi sulle recensioni di coloro i quali danno punteggi bassi e non alti (che ci hanno tratto in inganno). Noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione con la colazione inclusa ma è davvero misera..infatti ogni mattina l'abbiamo fatta nei locali spendendo ulteriormente soldi. La nota positiva è la posizione ottima perché c'è la fermata del treno a 1 min a piedi e quella del pullman/metro a circa dieci minuti per raggiungere i siti di interesse della città in circa mezz'ora. Insomma, vi conviene alzare un po' il budget per avere qualcosa che si avvicini almeno ai standard minimi e non spendere poco e dover poi rimetterci una volta arrivati.
