公園大酒店 (Hotel Park Grand)

The food is good, the location is also good. services and facilities are average.

My experience was worst. I got stuck in the washroom for more than 30 mins. The locks are not working as well. The food is average as well. Please fix all this issue

The room i was at was very old, while clean it had a heavily varnished and dark look - like a bhutiya dak bungalow! and the toilet smelt of a fresh dump.

A hotel that charges for water too! and that too without even telling you that the water is chargeable. Their wifi is very slow, with only one or two points it connected and disconnects. The hotel’s location is nice as it is on road, but you will have to take an auto or your car or other things every time you want to step out to reach to hear ki pauri or restaurants etc. They have a basement pool, and a little gymnasium too, which is the reason why i chose the hotel, it is but not very well maintained but okay to pass some time and do something extra. The hotel is old but the rooms are well maintained. Washroom was also clean and maintained with amenities like shampoo, soap and dental kit. The service is a little slow, the staff is courteous though. They have a good lobby area and front parking too.

Two rooms were allotted to us and they were not up to the mark. No amenities were present in one room and another had plumber and electric issues. Wash room basin was leaking. After raising a complaint they said it could not be repaired as plumber has left for the day. Whole night we spent like that and in the morning also no one came till we checked out. Door bell of both the rooms were out of order. After raising an issue the answer was the same it can not be repaired till the next morning and same was not repaired till we were there. It was not even a one star hotel. It has park tag but far lagging behind the name. Even staff was not cooperative. I think since we have booked online so they have given the worst rooms and told us that if you wish we could leave but they could not offer any other room. The flooring of the room was also chipped off. There was no handle on the closet. Morning buffet was also pathetic. Live counter wasn't there and there was shortage of everything whatever was displaced. Neither south indian food nor any parantha option was there. They served a few items like poha, sandwiches, poori bhaji, cornflakes only. Never seen such a low grade morning buffet ever in any 4 star property. Quality of the food was also not acceptable. Overall it was a worst experience ever

Location is good but property is not a 4 star property. It's a normal hotel with average stay. Lobby is just like a sweet shop restaurant. Amenities in the bathroom are just average

Our stay was very comfortable. Rooms were well maintained but corridors of upper floors were shabby. Breakfast choices were limited.

Hotel is at very nice location on highway, easy to commute to hear ki paudi. Polite staff, good ambience.

For short stay destinations one needs stay at very convenient place. And park grand is located at right place. Food options were limited but service was excellent.

Very well maintained rooms with a courteous staff !
