fan is not working properly and as well as mobile switch not working. towels also missing and room is also not clean

hotel is near to railway station but room was very small, there is no buffet breakfast available, so better don't book with breakfast Location was good but room was very small, there was no buffet breakfast available so better book without breakfast

We stayed for one night only. the person on counter was well mannered. but the guy who showed us the room was irritating as whenever we asked for normal water, he kept insisting should I bring bisleri and again and again eventually making us feel uneasy. secondly at the time of checkout the guy did not miss to remind us that it's your checkout in normal tone. overall it was very uneasy.

The property was good however we didn't get a chance to have food as the kitchen was closed during that day. Other than that location and facilities were good.

we have stayed in Hotel Gopal 2 times first time it was in Dec 2024 and loved the place The Staff was very supportive they also arranged milk for my baby at late night and the food was yummy worth the price. We have our 2nd visit on Holi 2025 and found a lot improvements.

Stay was good and staff was very helpful. Addressed all our request and guided us on many things to do in haridwar. Near to Railway station and bus stand.
