it is an average hotel with only benefit of its strategic location near har ki pauri and main market. if you are use to stay in star category hotel then you will be disappointed. I spent above 5000 k for signature ganga view room, i think is not vslue for money.

The room was not upto the mark. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. The room didn’t have enuf plug points. The water supply went off for 6 hours. Also the manager made extra money on cab charges for sight seeing and airport drop we found rishikesh a better place to stay and has good spiritual touch than haridwar.

On day 2 the water supply was disturbed for 6 hours I had to stay without a bath. Also exorbitant charges from hotel to Dehradun airport, out of which the manager of the hotel pocketed half of the charges.

Excellent service by staff. Reasonable cleaning. Excellent location. No sense of safety. Room heaters are unsafe. Almost started fire on the electrical outlet.

Location is perfect right on the spot, at har ki pauri, food is just average, cafeteria area is not upto the mark, needs more efficient cleaning, rooms are good, the bathroom floors are very slippery.

The ONLY good thing about the hotel is the location & view that it offers. We got a wonderful & uninterrupted view of the Ganges & Har ki Pauri was 5–7-minute walk from the hotel. . That part I will NOT recommend this property to anyone for the following reasons: The rooms & bathrooms are small & have a rather dirty look about them. There were stains across the bathroom fittings. The bucket, stand was old & grossly stained. The bed mattress was uncomfortable & springy. It was raining & the balcony was dripping/leaking & hence we could not enjoy the same. The common stairs, restaurant & balconies were ill maintained & dirty to say the least. Left over food was lying outside rooms for hours. Worst of all, there was a rat in our room. The staff helped remove it but the rat went inside the room storing the linens.
