Super nice treatment by the stuff always willing to help and with a smile 🙏

Terrible experience. Had booked with BF/Dinner, but were charged for mineral water. Allowed to choose from Main Menu only, which had only 12 Items. Not informed what’s complimentary items we are entitled to.

It was far away from city very to reach there was a herculean task because of very limited mode of communication and located in industrial area which caused smelling to me. Further hotel staff was also not co operative.

Room was quite good. Facilities were quite average. Lift was non functional on day 1 and food was extremely average

Property is well maintained , food quality is good but one negative part is they keep on hosting parties which become irritating as we can’t enjoy sound sleep 😴

The food was good and service is also commendable. The hotel is in a good location with a peaceful environment

The property is fantastic and the location is good too. Rooms are big, clean, modern and have all the amenities. Food is fresh and tasty. The only let down was the staff. They didn’t seem to be motivated at all. Either they are underpaid or have not been trained properly. I would want to hereby want the owner’s attention to this. Myself being a senior management person in a major company, I can vouch for the fact that your staff (literally everyone) needs urgent motivation and training. They are the only reason I won’t repeat this hotel again.

My stay at Forest Hill was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were remarkably spacious and spotlessly clean. The food was also outstanding, with a wide variety of options. Parking is also available , a definite plus for those with personal vehicles. The hotel's location, while slightly removed from the main city, offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, and Har Ki Pauri is easily reachable with a quick 10-minute e-rickshaw ride. For the price we paid and what the hotel had showcased on MMT as their offerings, it was a stay that met and in some cases even exceed our expectations. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm and professional. They are well aware of their limitations as a small hotel and make no pretentions of being someone else, rather they operate wonderfully well within that limit. Their location too, is a big advantage for travellers driving down from Delhi. It is very close to the Ganges and also to Har ki Pauri and yet away from the commotion at the same time. Our primary purpose of visiting Haridwar was to go to the Rajaji National Park and Forest Hill is located very close to the Ranipur Range and although a bit far, but very well accessible to both Jhilmil and Chilla. The room was pretty big, comfortable and well maintained. And although it may seem surprising to many, we were really pleased to see the whole suite of channels were available on Tata Sky which is lacking in many big hotels most of the time. This attention to detail is praise worthy and we look forward to be their guest in the future too. Thank you for your hospitality and all the very best.

Good and clean property,staff behaviour was excellent,room was nice and large,only drawback you have to asked for toiletries which is quite ridiculous when you are paying upper rent charges and second breakfast buffet was small and few items as per Hotet standard. Overall good experience.
