Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on de***d. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says "guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries". Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.
