Hotel badly in need of refurbishment and need accessibility to elderly and disabled. Need a lift. Curtains are falling and cleaners knock at door early morning. Need no-disturbance sign.

I had a pleasant stay at Cresta Hotels and was accommodated very well by the team. The check-out process was smooth, the food was amazing, and the room was generally clean and comfortable. I was also lucky to visit on a day when they had a traditional dinner, with food representing different African countries. I really enjoyed the variety and the experience — it made the evening feel special. The only challenge I experienced was during check-in. I was scheduled to check in at 2 p.m., but I only received my room close to 3 p.m. The waiting time felt quite long, especially because I was exhausted and had already paid online about three hours before arrival. My expectation was that the process would be quicker. In terms of cleanliness, the room was clean overall, although I noticed that the curtains could use a wash. I did not have time to use the gym, but the pool looked clean and well maintained from my window. Overall, it was a good experience, with great food, good service, and only a few areas that could be improved.
