First time in Zimbabwe, This is the hotel I stayed in and the stuff was so welcoming. They assisted me with everything I needed. The food was so good and affordable.

The room wasn’t clean and ddnt have hot water. The toilet and sink were broken. The door wouldn’t close properly and I ddnt feel safe. I was in room 311. Disappointed beyond.

The hotel is in downtown and have all the shopping centers around restaurants and cafes. The staff are. Rey helpful and friendly. The service is good. I would recommend to everyone
