這次入住整體感覺舒適安心。酒店位置不錯，周邊吃飯和出行都很方便。房間整潔安靜，床鋪舒服，休息質量好。服務人員態度親切，響應及時。

小而美的旅館，早餐種類不多但都很好吃，可以單點歐姆蛋或河粉。房間簡單乾淨床鋪很軟很好睡。地點在老城區，走路去還劍湖水上人偶劇場都很近，旅館對面的攤販雞肉丸子麵不錯吃。最重要的是，櫃檯人員都很親切願意幫忙，當我碰到不好的司機敲詐時給予協助，並且協助聯絡長途巴士公司來飯店接我，讓我的自助旅遊非常順利，感謝所有工作人員。

Stayed at this hotel recently with friends and was thoroughly impressed! Prime location in the heart of Hanoi made exploring the city streets - just steps away from key attractions and with plenty of dining options nearby. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. One highlight was their flexibility with our early morning departure, we requested a takeaway breakfast the night before and they not only accommodated it but had it neatly packaged and ready for us at 6:15am sharp! Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Would definitely consider this hotel again for future 訂房網站s to Hanoi. Great balance of comfort, convenience and service!

직원 분이 굉장히 친절하며 서비스나 위치적으로 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 중심가에 위치하여 관광 명소를 걸어서 가는 것도 가능하고 하노이 역이나 야시장등 걸어서 10~20분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 맥주거리도 바로 근처라 좋았습니다. 그리고 중심가에 위치해있는 것 치곤 꽤 조용해서 좋습니다.

오전 10시에 노이바이에 내려 숙소에는 오전 11시경 도착했는대 얼리체크인을 무료로 해주고 데스크의 직원들은 영어가 유창하고 친절했습니다. 이 숙소의 좋은 점은 근처 1km안으로 유명한 올드쿼터의 맛집들과 맥주거리가 포진해있다는것입니다. 이미 여러번 하노이를 방문했었고 따로 쇼핑이나 관광지는 패스하고 올드쿼터안에서 유명한 로컬푸드집과 커피, 그리고 맥주만을 즐기며 일주일을 보내기에는 너무 완벽한 장소였습니다. 대부분의 올드쿼터 호텔들이 그렇듯 한국인 기준으로 시설이나 샤워실등의 청결상태가 조금 불만족스러울수 있으나 제가 투숙하는 일주일동안 방이나 호텔시설에서 바퀴벌래를 본적은 없었으나 매너없는 투숙객들로 인한 소음문제 그리고 샤워장 배수구애서의 냄새등은 몇번 경험을 했습니다. 그러나 미딩주변의 시설좋고 넓은 레지던스나 시내의 유명5성 호텔에서 식사한번하거나 커피를 한잔 마실려고 해도 매번 택시를 타고 왔다갔다 하며 교통체증과 갑작스러운 비 등으로 스트레스를 받았던 예전 경험을 생각해보면 내 컨디션과 날씨등에 의해 그냥 나갔다 들어왔다를 도보로 수시로 하며 행복한 우기의 올드쿼터에서의 1주일을 보냈습니다. 다시 올드쿼터를 즐기로 간다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

房間很大，陽台較小，隔壁很容易爬陽台過來房間。所以睡覺時一定要反鎖好陽台。床大。的確是兩張1.5米的床。在老城區外圍了所以晚上很安靜。做了隔音窗戶。水壓不夠，下水道反味。性價比不高。但在河內很不錯了。離河內最火的法國25很近。酒店附近有福建會館過往歷史可以看看。酒店旁邊就有一家老咖啡店。開了有些年代了。推薦。

This is my worst hotel booking experience ever. I booked this hotel on 訂房網站, and came here around midnight after a flight, so I was super tired already. When I came, they said my room's ac and water system is broken, so they move us to a different hotel near by, they say the alternate hotel is kinda in same branch. But the front desk girl who took me to the other hotel keep walking back and forth to find the hotel like she never been there. The new room is a complete down grade. You can check pictures below to see how terrible it is. Very old, no window, slow AC and the bathroom shocked me, small bathroom, no shower seperation, sink have no space, and moldy, dirty overall. Which is completely worst than what I booked. Never book this hotel, I suprised they have good google rating.

一個人出來散心，選對了酒店真的太重要了。這家酒店給人的感覺非常溫暖和安心。從入住開始，工作人員就非常親切，但又不會過分熱情讓人感到壓力。房間很舒適，有一個小小的陽台，我每天傍晚就坐在這裡看看書，發發呆，看夕陽下山。這幾天的放鬆，讓我滿血復活了。

This hotel offers good value for money. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient- especially since I stayed over the weekend and the night markets were just a short walk away. But if you happen to stay during weekdays, there are also plenty of cafes,restaurants even laundry services nearby. I went to one specific laundry two shops away which was able to deliver my clothes at the hotel lobby so I just picked up at the lobby when I got back. The only downside was that my room was near the elevator, so it got a bit noisy when people were coming and going. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room farther away. Overall, a solid choice for budget conscious travelers!

This hotel offers good value for money. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient- especially since I stayed over the weekend and the night markets were just a short walk away. But if you happen to stay during weekdays, there are also plenty of cafes,restaurants even laundry services nearby. I went to one specific laundry two shops away which was able to deliver my clothes at the hotel lobby so I just picked up at the lobby when I got back. The only downside was that my room was near the elevator, so it got a bit noisy when people were coming and going. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room farther away. Overall, a solid choice for budget conscious travelers!
