泳池：有3種深度的泳池，0.5m、1m、1.5m，適合幼兒 房間很大，有客廳、廚房、洗衣機烘衣機，非常方便。但洗衣機烘衣機要花很多時間。 早餐餐廳不大，東西不多，但河粉很好吃，每天都有西瓜跟哈密瓜。 飯店旁就有按摩店，不貴，很適合天天按摩。周圍也有超市，雖然大部分商品是韓國日本商品，但也可以買到一些越南的柚子餅乾、咖啡、椰子冰棒。 下次還會再入住。

번잡한 하노이 시내를 조금 벗어나면 큰호수와 인접한 여유로이 휴식을 취할수 있는 호텔입니다 시설은 조금 노후되었지만 가성비 생각한다면 충분한 선택지입니다 식사도 괜찬았고 리셉션 직원들 친절합니다 담에 또~~

This hotel was absolutely unreal. From the moment we arrived, we were approached with polite and kind attitudes not the staff, offered a medicinal tea during our wait and patiently assisted in locating am ATM to retrieve cash for a deposit. Every instance of our arrival and departure from the hotel for our day to day activities followed by polite greetings from the front desk staff. The view was beautiful, and the service apartment came supplied with several household objects including cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It was also equipped with a microwave which was very convenient. The location which just a 15-20 minute drive from Old Quarter, and still convenient enough for exploring by walking. There were several authentic shops and restaurants nearby which made for easy access to great meals and snacks during daily activities. I would highly recommend a stay with this hotel.

부모님 모시고 여행중 2박 머물렀어요 객실도 넓어서 가족끼리 내집처럼 편안하고 넓게 이용할수 있고 에어컨도 시원합니다. 한국 뉴스도 나와요 다만 화장실에서 드라이기를 사용할수 없는 단점이 있어서 거울보면서 헤어셋팅은 어렵네요 나머진 모두 만족스럽고 직원분들도 친절하시고 편안해요 호텔에 있는 한식당은 한국말 잘하는 지배인,직원분들이 있어 편하고 맛도 좋습니다

酒店房間新穎、舒適，空間又大。附近環境很好，對面有便利商店，很棒的餐廳，酒吧及星巴克。叫外賣方便，離景點不遠。 另外很謝謝櫃檯Annie努力協助我聯繫Grab司機，才讓我把丟在車上的錢包及錢找回來，我太開心啦！

The location is still good although have to travel around 15 minutes to the town. However, we encountered heavy rain/ typhoon days during our 訂房網站. During heavy rain, there is no taxi / grab available to pick us from the hotel (I guess the area near west lake area) to the town although the shops at the town still opens. This situation is not expected, and we have to stay in the hotel area for one day. Most of the hotel staff is good and very friendly , except one male staff named Eric Nguyen. He pretended to respond to you but he did not really follow-up / help you. When we asked other staff , then our question is immediately responded / solved.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and really appreciated the spacious rooms and convenient location, which made exploring the city a breeze. While the breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected, everything else was enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again for the comfort and great location.
