這裡的櫃檯跟餐廳人員都非常得好，櫃檯就可以換錢了在櫃檯預訂，下龍灣的行程也很方便，總之在這裡我覺得受到了像好朋友一樣的接待，所以我推薦大家可以來

The only set back is the window - too small They’ve upgraded our room to 訂房網站le even though we’ve booked for a double with balcony - we would prefer the balcony

抵達飯店時，接待人員很親切的為我們提行李，並送上飲料止熱止渴。為我們辦理入住的接待員會說一點點的中文。房間很大，住起來舒適。飯店位置也不錯。

The room was sadly not cleaned (the towels were not clean in the bathroom) and the drawers were left with previous customers' belongings after checking in. It is not acceptable to pass the room under such conditions to your customers. A room that does the job turned out to be a room ruins the job. So please do look into the matter cautiously.

Pleasant hotel with basic amenities. Buffet breakfast is basic, but you can order additional eggs and Pho. Queen bed was gigantic, but only two uncomfortable pillows. Hosts were accomodating and put in an effort to assist tourists to see Hanoi. Construction from next door at 7am each day was a nuisance, but out of their control. Showers alternating scalding hot/cold also not ideal. Good value stay.

The Hotel location is near the night market area.There is also restaurant nearby. The size of the hotel room was quite big compare to other hotel in Hanoi.There’s a bathtub also. The staff we’re helpful and accomodating. Will recommend this hotel.
