FRAUD ALERT, PLEASE READ! We booked 3 nights in this hotel from 訂房網站.com. The price was expensive for Hanoi but after seeing the room photos we thought it would be nice to stay in a fancy place. The photos advertised were FAKE! The room was dark, small and old. Very ugly. The walls need to be painted urgently, the furniture is old and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Please see the ad and actual pictures and judge by yourself. We told this to the reception staff right as we walked in, but they told us that they would speak to the manger the following day. They "upgraded" us to a bigger room which was a bit less sad but still no resemblance to the photos and not what we paid for. We complained to 訂房網站 and requested a partial refund but the hotel just refused. They just ignored our claim and told us that "they renovated the rooms in 2020 and that is why they looked different". Come one guys, it's been 5 years since 2020 plus that room didn't seem to be renovated for the last 30 years. The breakfast was buffet but below average (little to choose from, not the best quality) and the swimming pool was small with freezing cold water and no towel service. I strongly suggest you find a better place for the same price, as this one shouldn't cost more than 20 USD per night.

The photos online looked decent, but the reality was a completely different story. The room was heavily moldy with a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to stay in for long. The soundproofing was almost non-existent — I could barely sleep because of the constant noise from outside. Breakfast was very basic, with limited choices and poor taste. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The location wasn’t great either — while it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Quarter, the hotel sits at a busy intersection, making the area very congested and noisy. I do not recommend this hotel.

수영장도 있고 서호 호수 근처라 힐링을 위해 찾은 숙소. 날씨는 추워서 수영은 불가. 이틀 동안 인도인들이 방문을 열고 새벽까지 떠들어서 잠을 설치긴 했으나 리셉션에 전화해서 방을 바꿈. 서비스는 좋으나 건물이 노후화됨

The staff were lovely and the bathroom was very nice im my room. I did expect more for the price to be honest. There is an Indoor pool on level 9 which isn’t heated which was disappointing as it was the main reason I booked this hotel so I could have a swim as it’s been cool and a bit rainy this time of year..

This hotel is well located. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Our room was very spacious, but the pillows were very hard and not the most comfortable. The room is also quite old. I think a little modern touch would make it better. The hotel staff are very friendly and we enjoyed breakfast.

Overall hotel was good. For smokers, there is no smoking area. Breakfast and pool in sister hotel, 2 doors away. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, bathroom was ok but not really clean. Was older the price I paid

The room was super nice and spacious and we loved it when we got there. Later in the evening we found many cockroaches in our bathroom and that was scary (for us. )The hotel staff was very nice, they came to help us and they even changed our room. The breakfast was very good, the swimming pool on the rooftop was ok, it felt a little bit cold that day we were there though! The location is also good , since it is inside the old quarter, many shops and coffee shops nearby.

We stayed here 2 different times , the location and staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful. We weren’t happy with some of the spa treatments we got the first time and the host Edward went out of his way to make it up to us , really appreciate it. My friend and I completely recommend the place . Very clean and good breakfast too

前の人が出た後ちゃんと部屋のチェックをしたのか不明なくらい、引き出しから食べかけのクッキー(いつのものか不明)や使い終わったマスクが出てきたり洗面所の鏡の上に使いかけの歯ブラシがあったり。清潔とはあまり言えなかったかも。朝食は両親が行った時蟲がたかってたと聞いて朝食付きにしたのに結局一度も行きませんでした。値段も安いので仕方ないのかもですね。受付の女性は一生懸命やってくれていました。
