Phòng có gián bò loanh quanh dạo chơi. Dọn phòng 1 ngày gọi 4 lần vẫn không dọn. Cho dù đã yêu vầu đơn giản là thay khăn tắm, giấy vệ sinh và đổ rác còn lại không cần thay. Đã từng ở rất nhiều A25 ở các chi nhánh khác nhưng lần này quá thất vọng.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Exceptional Stay! We had an amazing 7-day stay, and everything exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome, complete with fresh fruits and refreshing drinks, which made us feel at home right away. It was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The staff were absolutely outstanding—from the reception team, especially Lilly and Queen (I hope I got the names right!), along with the other reception gentlemen, the chef, room service, security guards, and especially the wonderful manager. Everyone was incredibly warm, professional, and always willing to help. They made sure we were well taken care of every single day, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. They were always happy to assist with anything we needed, including arranging and offering airport transfer services, which made our travel even more convenient and stress-free. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. The room was excellent—spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. There was no need to run to a grocery store because the room had all the essentials. The bathroom, which is always the first thing I check in any hotel, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Whenever we requested extra pillows, towels, or any other room necessities, they were delivered promptly with a smile. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was freshly prepared, delicious, and served with care. We especially loved the morning Phở Bò (Vietnamese beef noodle soup)—it was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to start the day! Overall, this hotel truly made us feel at home. The exceptional hospitality, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and genuine care from every member of the team made our 7-day stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and we would definitely stay here again. 10/10 – Highly recommended!

Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, удобный номер, удобная кровать. Спали здесь мы хорошо. Рядом есть стройка, но её особо не слышно. В лифте ананасы, видимо, для запаха. Так сладко пахнут, что хотелось их съесть 😊 довольно хороший завтрак. Нас регулярно спрашивал управляющий, все ли нам нравится, комфортно ли нам.

Lovely staff BUT the room smelt extremely mouldy, especially the bathroom. I should have complained (my bad). Communication with the hotel about laundry was a bit difficult. Breakfast was ok but it was a little strange to have it in the basement. Had YouTube and Netflix on the TV which was nice 😊

Бюджетный отличный семейный номер с кухней. Чистый и большой, персонал очень приветливый и помог со всеми вопросами

시설은 가격대비 만족입니다. 테라스가 있는 방을 예약했지만 건물 뒤편방은 뷰가 없습니다.
