酒店服務很好。一進門就告訴我給我準備了歡迎飲料，可以坐在邊上邊喝邊等待辦理入住手續。而且給了很好的周邊情況的建議。 Alice通過Whatsapp給我發送了很多訊息，都很有用，而且我通過Whatsapp給她發的訊息也都很快有迴應。酒店附近吃喝玩樂都有，酒店頂層的skybar應該是當地比較出名的bar、晚上可以俯瞰西湖景色，很多時髦的當地年輕人在那談笑風生。早餐也很好。如果説唯一不足就是我選的房間是內窗。

The hotel is in a very good location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Special mention to Sophie for making my stay memorable. She is very kind and helpful, giving me lots of information on where to go and things to see nearby. My room is very clean, quiet and I have huge comfy bed for myself. The linen is so soft and smooth. I definitely will come back again to stay here when I stop by Hanoi.

ゆったりとした車で送迎して頂きとても快適でした。お部屋も掃除も行き屆いていて快適。値段以上に快適です。アメニティーはありますが、シャンプー系は持參した方が良いです。ホテルのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。深夜便の時もチェックアウトの後、無料でシャワーを借りれます。

Schön eingerichtete Suite mit komfortablem Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC, sowie einem separatem WC. Grosser Swimmingpool im 12. Stock, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gerne wieder.

What a delightful stay. We stayed four nights and were given 10 star treatment. Alice in reception welcomed us with tea and spent time helping us build an itinerary for our stay. She compiled a list for us of places to visit, places to eat and things to do to make our 訂房網站 eventful from the onset. The complimentary spa treatment was amazing and so relaxing. The hotel is clean, breakfast was superb and all staff are very attentive to your every need. I've stayed in many hotels but by far this is the only one where staff go above and beyond their duty. Definitely recommended for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

The service was wonderful. Although, I would recommend notifying reception if you intend for your room to be undisturbed. Otherwise, they will call to make sure if you want your room cleaned. They were so accommodating when my flight was rescheduled and let me stay in my room for an extra hour. They also helped to reschedule my airport transfer. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The hotel is located about a 10 minute drive or 20+ minute walk to the main attractions in the Old Town. Which was super convenient for me. There's also a nearby convenience store (Circle K) about a 5 minute walk away.

致 Le Jardin Hotel Haute：入住貴酒店是我此次越南河內之行最棒的選擇！！！回到中國後，我由衷的想寫下我的高度評價，或者説是對酒店工作人員Alice小姐姐的感謝之情！入住過這麼多酒店，Alice真的是第一個讓我覺得感到無比溫暖和感動的人！首先，我們抵達酒店後，Alice熱情地接待了我們，用流利的英語詳細的介紹了酒店的配套服務，然後還為我們貼心的介紹河內的著名景點及美食，甚至還在給提供的紙質地圖上一點一點的圈出來並標註，身為一名外國遊客真的有被她的細緻專業驚歎到！但如果僅是這樣並不足以會讓我如此高度評價。在我們的一次的打車過程中遇到了一些小麻煩，由於夜市街有限行區，我們使用Grab App打不到車，看到路邊招呼的出租車，和男司機確認打表後我們放心上了車，但行駛到酒店發現費用明顯不對，我不同意付錢但語言又不通，這時我就來到酒店前台求助，Alice瞭解情況後幫我和男司機據理力爭維權甚至一度爭吵，最終Alice用她的聰明才智解決了我的困境。Alice和我説：“我們都是女生，理應互相幫助”。當我聽到這句話的時候內心無比的感動，她一個女孩子不懼怕危難勇敢幫助另一個外國女生，我想這可能就是女孩子們之間純粹的情誼吧！接下來的兩天，Alice都密切關心我和同行女生的出行計劃，她的關心讓我覺得酒店像家一樣充滿溫馨。拋開上面提及的小插曲，河內在我看來其實是一個蠻安全舒適的城市，我和朋友在這裡體驗了特色咖啡，越南河粉，越南小火鍋還有馬殺雞！四天的時光逐漸讓我感受到這個城市的魅力，體會到了東南亞的風情。最後再次感謝Alice，希望在異國他鄉的你平安喜樂，歲歲無憂！（Ps.希望可以將我的謝意轉達給Alice！❤️）

Rooms look good online, our room was brown wooded furnished and looked old. Everything worked and the service was 10/10 in a good location close enough for many things. I would stay here again given an updated room. Breakfast was great lots of choice and great views of the lake.
