ノイバイ空港行きの86番のバスが停まるバス停まで歩いて5分です。近くにコンビニやレストランが多數あるので観光客にも便利です。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切でしたが部屋に常備してある水に有料のものと無料のものがあるのはトラブルになりそうです。室內に料金の掲示があればいいと思います。

We arrived at this hotel in Hanoi and we were greeted by a young girl, who had a lack of customer service skills. We were polite and smiley however we didn’t receive that back. She simply handed us the keys and that was it. No showing us to the room or telling us the room number, we had to figure it all out ourselves. We also weren’t told that the water wasn’t free so we were greeted with a charge at the end of the stay. The room was clean however the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The bed was comfy which was a plus. All rooms are next to the lift, which is loud and makes constant noises all night long. Overall I couldn’t necessarily recommend this hotel as our stay wasn’t overly pleasant, however this is personal opinions!
