國慶到河內玩，就選擇在這裡住了3晚，位置很方便，去火車街 還劍湖 三十六行街都不遠，周邊喝咖啡的地方也很多～ 早餐主要是歐式，還有米粉，我每天早上都要來一碗米粉，比外面米其林的米粉也完全不差～ 工作人員服務很好，有問題能夠及時處理解決，服務意識也到位，主動幫忙拉行李等等。 美中不足是房間確實有點小，但是瑕不掩瑜，很推薦住在這裡嗷！

我們住了4個晚上，房間很乾淨，衛浴設備很高品質，早餐很豐盛又好吃，前台服務人員都很熱心。週遭就有很多好吃的餐廳和宵夜，值得一住。

Clean, modern hotel in great location, ideally placed just a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake, the old quarter and Hanoi train street. Staff were all very attentive and provided great service. Breakfast was good mix of western and Asian dishes. Rooftop bar and pool was a nice spot to relax. AC in rooms excellent!

My name is KIM from Korea. I stayed at the hotel with my wife and daughter from September 12th to September 16th. First, I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff at the hotel. 1. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly and ready to help you. 2. If the condition of the hotel room was very good, it was clean and well organized. 3. There were many kinds of breakfast and it was delicious and clean. 4. The gym and swimming pool in the hotel are small, but there was no inconvenience to use and they are well organized. 5. The location of the hotel is also very good for sightseeing and you can walk anywhere. 6. If you are planning to tour Halong Bay, you can get more information by asking the hotel's front desk rather than outside travel agencies. I actually used the service recommended by the hotel, and I was very satisfied. If I visit Hanoi again, I will decide on this hotel. I hope my experience will be a good advice for you to choose this hotel. Once again, I would like to thank the hotel staff.

The location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to the atm, restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean and the service was good. The rooftop bar and pool area is amazing. Here you can see views of the city from the pool. There is a spa on the ground floor that has some good packages.

非常好的一次體驗！！來之前就跟酒店前台的Jenney溝通了接機服務，由於我們的飛機有點晚點，司機師傅在機場外等了我們好一會，但是司機師傅絲毫沒有怨言，還主動幫我們搬運行李；到了酒店已經是凌晨12點多了，前台小哥哥還在等著我們，並非常迅速的幫我們辦理好了入住。在我們到達酒店時已經飢腸轆轆了，前台小哥哥也主動告知我們哪裡的宵夜好吃，幫了我們的大忙了； 最喜歡酒店天台的泳池和SKYBAR，在這裡欣賞河內的夜景也是十分棒的享受！！ 酒店的早餐種類也非常豐富，我們每天都點了Pho，非常好吃 我們還享受了酒店的SPA按摩，價格合理公道，特別是TINA老師和HANA老師，手法特別棒，推薦來入住的預約SPA服務！

房間太小了 ，隔音有點差， 房間沒有照片上好看，就在馬路邊，早上吃早飯還能聞到馬路上飄進來的尾氣。。。。 難道是河內特色？

Pros: -Incredibly helpful reception staff -Clean room and nice bathroom -Good spa -Good location Cons: -Dirty sheets. Repeatedly found stains and hairs on bed sheets even after reporting this to staff. -Loud cleaners - woken up every day at 8:15am by cleaners outside the room. Continued to shout loudly even after being asked to quiet down. -Breakfast food mostly finished by 9am -Old, thin towels -Difficult location for taxis to pick up/drop off - very busy road outside Overall, I would not stay here again
