比較小，但是乾淨，早餐蠻好的設施：挺好衞生：乾淨整潔環境：稍微小一點的服務：挺好的，凌晨到的，很熱情的安排，房間也蠻好的，不錯啦

가족과 함께 이용 함. 하노이 구시가 호텔 수준이 전반적으로 낮은지는 모르겠으나 개인적으로는 4성급 수준인지는 잘 모르겠음. 호텔 위치는 하노이 구시가 여행하기에는 괜찮은 위치임.(도보 이동 가능) 방은 패밀리룸(킹사이즈 침대1, 싱글 1)이었는데 조금 작은 편이고 바깥 소음이 크게 들림. 화장실 환풍기가 작동을 안해서 샤워 후 습기가 많이 참. 샤워실에 창문이 있는데 벌레때문에 열어두지 못했음. 아침 조식은 3일동안 비슷 했고 출장이나 여행 다닐때 본인이 주로 먹는 음식들이 나와서 크게 신경쓰이지 않았음. 특히 쌀국수와 계란 요리는 선택 주문하는데 괜찮았고, 과일주스 특히 수박주스 좋았음. 식사 중 부주의로 유리컵을 파손했고 체크아웃 시 추가 비용 지불(53k) 함. 미니바 스낵 이용. 리스트 상 스낵 비용(46k)에 서비스 비용(14k) 포함되어 청구 됨(총 60k) 미니바 이용이 처음이라 서비스 비용 추가 부분은 일반적인 사항인지 모르겠음. 전반적으로 아주 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 수준으로 눈높이만 조금 낮추면 나쁜 선택은 아닌것 같음.

I stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa for five nights, expecting a comfortable four-star experience, but unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. Pros: ✅ The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and provided great recommendations for exploring Hanoi. Check-in and check-out were handled professionally. ✅ The hotel offered free airport transport after I shared my concerns, which I appreciate. Cons: ❌ Room & Balcony: I booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the city, but it was tiny, had no furniture, and overlooked neighboring backyards instead of the city view shown online. ❌ Poor Maintenance & Conditions: The bathroom was worn out, and the electrical installations didn’t feel safe. Only one usable plug at the desk. ❌ Breakfast Disappointment: The buffet lacked variety, and when I arrived just after 9 AM, most trays were empty with no refills. Not what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. While the staff was fantastic, the overall condition of the hotel does not match its advertised rating. I wouldn't recommend it as a four-star option in Hanoi.

位置優越，就在老城區較為核心地段；周邊也相對比較安靜，性價比一般，500多就跟國內200的快捷差不多

The hotel was excellent. The customer experience was the best I have experienced so far. I received an email the day before the check in to tell me about the services and tours I can book. The check in includes a free drink, a local sweet and an explanation of where we can visit with a map. The room is very clean, bedding are comfortable. When we checked out, we received a box of local sweet to take home. I will definitely come back again.

Location was good, service was pleasant and fast. Room was overall clean and pleasant smelling when first checked-in. Now on the bad - ants slowly started to appear after my first night of stay in the room and toilet. Booked a family room and was indicated it had a courtyard view. But in actual fact, it was the last room on the inner side of the hotel with view of a wall from a tiny window. I didn’t bother drawing the blinds up. There are two fake windows as well. But being at the back of the hotel, it is a quiet room away from the street traffic if that’s what you value. Breakfast was below average - pho wasn’t good for a place where pho originates. Hotel was great in offering packet breakfast for my early flight. However don’t hold high expectations as they are just enough to not go hungry - was interesting how one packet had jam and butter, one packet had only butter, and one packet had nothing for the bread. When checking out, the front desk insisted on me completing my review right there and then with a 10/10 rating and to include his name in the review before I could leave. I have never encountered such insistent request and I believe it might have to do with being rewarded by the hotel management for being named in good reviews? Totally understand it might not be the front desk’s fault if they are following instructions but such insistent requests are a major turn off, especially in the wee hours when I have to catch my flight. Out my 4 訂房網站s to Vietnam across the various cities, this is my least liked hotel. There are definitely better hotels in the vicinity at similar price point.
