定的家庭房，沒有窗戶不通氣，後來加錢90換的陽台房才好，陽台挺大的，酒店就在老城區吃飯方便，唯一不足，早上8：30左右，正在熟睡時有人用房卡打卡了房間門，把我們嚇醒了。這樣很不安全，單身女性不建議入住。

Vien, the hotel staff member, was incredibly helpful and informative. His service was excellent. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the mosque and a halal restaurant, just an 80-meter walk away. It was also only 700–800 meters to Train Street, which was a manageable walking distance for us. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Terrible experience. I got there the room wasn’t ready. Eventually got in the room went for a shower the shower fell on me literally out of the wall. After insisting on another room this one was infested with ants also on the bed and cockroaches. They sprayed the room which I had to stay out of for 30 min. The room 203 was just above reception and was very very noisy even with ear plugs in. I literally had to ask guests to stop shouting when woken up at 4am! On checking out reception tried to charge me twice for my laundry just as well I insisted on a receipt. This hotel in NOT 3* but on a positive the location is good.

Super recommended. The guy at the reception is very passionate and super helpful, he can speak English very well and he suggested us where to go and eat. The location is perfect. The room was ok, very simple and clean
