先說好的，服務人員態度較好，會有微笑服務，響應積極，早餐算豐盛好吃。 但這次大概是我在國外住過最無語的酒店了，剛開始住的時候渾身發癢起疹子，本來以為只是不適應環境而已，結果最無語的是第三個晚上半夜4點，突然一隻大蟑螂飛到我枕頭邊，立馬被嚇醒！馬上下去找服務人員要求換房間，客服人員上來確認了確實有蟑螂後給我們換了房間，結果換到第二個房間後又發現洗漱台上面有不少螞蟻，又馬上反應換第三間房間，櫃檯人員上來致歉並送了兩瓶礦泉水跟酸奶！ 總之衛生狀況可說是相當恐怖，希望以後能有所改善！

酒店位於還劍湖周邊，交通非常便捷。從內排機場可以搭乘86公交直達，走個500m就能到，公交13人民幣左右，30km。酒店價格合適，350含雙早，早餐豐富，有河粉，很好吃。酒店床鋪乾淨衞生，很舒服。退房時間12點，附近去景點都很方便。樓下很多小吃店和街區，咖啡店很多哦。值得來住!

房間非常不錯，位置就是是湖的周邊，非常便捷順利但是會非常堵車，酒店旁邊有很多的餐廳所以吃的也方便，可以步行到城市的景點

I've visited Hanoi many times, and my stay at Grand Cititel Hanoi was exceptional. Though the room wasn't too big, it was cleaned daily, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. However, the two main reasons I chose Grand Cititel were: 1, its convenient location—close to my preferred destinations and near a pho restaurant with friendly vendors and the nearby coffee shops and restaurants. 2, The staff were outstanding. Special thanks to Alex for handling any issues that arose during my stay. He was always ready to help with his understanding of the 訂房網站 and the local area, truly a great leader for the young team, including Ms. Hoai, Nhi, and Mr. Phat. Next time I visit Hanoi, I'll definitely choose Grand Cititel again. Highly recommended!

I initially booked 1 week at the hotel and then extended my stay there for another week. The purpose of my 訂房網站 was buisness related and so the hotel served well. The staff were really polite and helpful. The reception staff were always warm and welcoming, the house keeping worked well with cleaning the room while I was out and around my schedule and the kitchen staff at breakfast were really lovely, especially Phomg, I hope I've spelled that correctly. Every morning, he would greet me with a warm welcome and assist me with finding a lovely seat at breakfast. He quite quickly learned my orders and would always have my coffer waiting at my table and order my omelette for me, which was really sweet. The service there was great. The location is just a short walk, maybe 13 mins to Old Quarters. One thing I'd say needs an update is the gym. I'd suggest getting some new gym mats ( a material that can easily be cleaned after use) and just an update with the equipment. Other than that, it was great to be there

設施相當於國內的三星級或漢庭、如家這類酒店。和鬧市區隔兩條街，步行10分鐘可達還劍湖。 周圍有小吃店、葯店、便利店，還算很方便。 酒店在巷子裡，打車停在路口，需要往裡看。 酒店不臨街，不會有交通的噪音，但是房間隔音不太好，隔壁屋説話、大笑都能聽到。 房間有窗，但是不能打開，是一扇封閉的玻璃。我也是第一次見到這種“有窗”的定義。 早餐還可以。 總之就是價位和檔次比較匹配。
