Very bad experience with the hotel. The room has broken air-conditioning, we got transferred to another room, also with no air-conditioning, and in worse condition than the first. The bathroom and the bed was partitioned by a curtain?! After endless complaints midnight, we were told they can't do anything, nor give us a refund if we moved out, as the hotel manager has left for the day, and no one in the hotel could decide. We ended up sleeping with a stand fan they brought! The only good thing about the hotel, was the breakfast 🤣

酒店服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，前台工作人員態度也很好，離還劍湖很近步行可達，周圍週末晚上也非常熱鬧，好評！

總體來講還是挺不錯的，酒店在長錢街上，離歌劇院很近，所以去打卡點無論走路或者坐公交都很方便，每天下午5點～7點咖啡廳有免費下午茶，但可選種類很少，早餐種類也不多；我之前訂的房型我看訂房網站介紹上是有兩張床的，但是實際衹有一張大床，也跟酒店確認了是沒有訂房網站介紹的這種，加床是要另收費的，還好床比較大，一家三口還勉強能睡下，我覺得訂房網站還是要注意一下房型的介紹，要準確！

A cozy, intimate stay here in Hanoi - we were met with friendly staff, had complimentary drinks and snacks at their ground level bar. Upon heading into our King Deluxe room, we were met with a delicious cake and fresh fruits!
