服務蠻周到，二房公寓很大，價格也不貴。實惠，距離還劍湖也不遠，走路1.5km左右。不錯的選擇

Managed to cook a good dinner with the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and as stated in ad. Good location on edge of old town quarter. Recommend.

They had overbooked. It seems to be a Vietnamese custom to be sure they reached max occupancy. So upon arrival I was told I could not stay. They refunded but caused me to lose time and money. They should be heavy fines or penalties for such dishonest behavior.

Ficus suites is not in a busy main street so it's very calm and quiet. Cleanliness was top notch. There's a big supermarket in the walking distance which was really convenient. Can get food delivered easily by grab food. Location is close to many great restaurants and services. Apartment was spot on with modern amenities. Apartment came with a decent sized smart tv which greatly helped to our last days of Hanoi 訂房網站. King sized bed with a firm comfy mattress and pillows. Good air con. Ample hot water in the bathroom. Front loading properly functioning washing machine. I prepared several meals in the kitchen which i loved doing ones in a while when traveling abroad. Kitchen was fully equipped.
