店家智能助手的服務很差:酒店跟評論區評價不符。 房間超級小，健身房一點點小，最多容納二個人在裡面，房間內設施簡陋，根本不是什麼五星，最多相當於國內三星級的快捷酒店，不如全季，桔子酒店和亞朵酒店。大家千萬不要看評價，不能上當。走出去，幾次回來都走過，應該酒店門臉太小了。很容易忽略。衞生間連一個身體乳都沒有。沒有一次性拖鞋，塑料拖鞋不知道幹不乾淨。 除了離火車街近，其他的就很難説好了，電梯也是侷促的很。健身房沒有毛巾和飲用水。晚上沒有，第二天早上再去健身的時候仍然沒有。 協商退房時間延長至二點，説要額外收費。簡直了，沒有人客戶感覺賓至如歸的感覺。早餐簡單到還不如三星級酒店的早餐。沒有什麼吃的。房間小的可憐。 最致命的是，一晚上樓下摩託車一直突突突。這個酒店隔音太差了，隔壁房間説話聽的清清楚楚。 我説的這些，在訂房網站不符合實際的點評小，掩蓋了。誤導消費者

Brand new hotel, open for a few months in the city center of Hanoi. Very clean facility, comfortable rooms, and very well soundproofed (considering the traffic noise at all hours, that's a pretty big plus). Excellent, friendly, and very helpful staff! The breakfast is very varied, and I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit selection.

A new hotel right in the main touristy area, very close to Railroad street and other tourist attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Staff were very friendly, bordering on being too friendly with hellos and how is your room, etc coming from all directions. Helped load luggage into and out of taxis, and offered advice on what to do. Breakfast was smallish for the price, but of a high quality and tasty. Room was very small compared with other hotel rooms stayed in Vietnam. However, it was comfortable with temperature controls and darkened curtains, and quiet. Although, there were a lot of positives, I still might try my luck with a different hotel next time.

A superb choice for first-time visitors to Hanoi. The location is unbeatable, the staff are exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. Book a room with a window or balcony to fully enjoy the experience. 📍 Location: 10/10 The hotel sits right in the heart of the Old Quarter at 179 Hang Bong. Hanoi Train Street is a 2-minute walk, St. Joseph's Cathedral is about 5 minutes away, and Hoan Kiem Lake is within easy walking distance. Countless cafés, shops, and street food stalls are right outside the door. 🤝 Service: 10/10 This is where the hotel truly shines. Staff are consistently described as warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Escorting guests across the road with luggage. The front desk is fluent in English and happy to arrange tours and transport. 🛏️ Rooms: 8.5/10 Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and safes. The main caveat: the "Prestige Cozy No Window" room has no windows. If natural light matters to you, opt for a room with a French balcony or city view. 🏊 Amenities: 9/10 For a city hotel, the facilities are impressive: a scenic indoor pool, a full-service spa (massages, body treatments, facials), a fitness center, and free Wi-Fi throughout. The spa consistently earns praise as a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. 🍽️ Dining: 9/10 The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a diverse mix of Asian and Western options, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices available. The on-site restaurant also serves lunch and dinner.
