避雷！！很差很差！絕對不是五星酒店（已向訂房網站投訴）具體問題： ①【最重要！】在開著勿打擾燈的情況下試圖進來打掃第一二次敲門後阻止了、第三次沒有任何敲門或按鈴直接刷卡打開門險些走光！向經理嚴重投訴過，出門時再三的強調不要再進入房間，沒想到回去後再桌子上看到了他們送來的信件=代表又又又進來了！！！我的箱子根本沒鎖也不知道他們有沒有對我的東西做什麼太恐怖了！！真的無可忍耐！！！ ②酒店的床品破損 ③電梯破舊 ④部分樓層裝修影響休息（很多裝修工人進出入，還坐同一部電梯，電梯本來也就衹有2部） ⑤停電，突然停電半個小時，越南夏天能熱死在前台遇到其他客人也在投訴這家酒店，這家根本就是個翻新破爛酒店的看起來新但是完全沒有實際內容和服務，更別説五星了！針對上述恐怖經驗，找了訂房網站協調，酒店也衹是退了本來的房錢沒有任何補償（本來説補充的第二天又説沒有衹延遲退房和送機，反正沒有任何信用可言的破爛招待所）

2026年6月剛開幕的酒店，設備新到有油漆味，這次跟家人訂了4間房，雖有一間有油漆味，但反應後馬上就幫忙換了一間，照片是4間中，其中一間最大的，每間都有乾濕分離衛浴設備，且都有浴缸泡澡，剛好緩解旅途的疲勞，，$2500/晚的費用屬中等價位，但酒店位置位於市中心離還劍湖周圍約3km，較為安靜，附近都是領事館及政府單位，晚上安全感較好，方圓500公尺內有很多不錯的餐廳，還有早餐方面，去河內的10天4間同價位酒店中，這裡的最美味，樣式種類最豐富，還有現做品項（歐姆蛋、炒蛋、牛肉pho、牛肉炒麵、還有酪梨鮭魚吐司，口水又留下來了😋）；服務方面，要特別讚賞酒店前台人員，服務100分，都十分樂於幫助解決問題，永遠笑臉迎人，其中，我們送外面洗衣店洗衣，領貨時間未到，想請櫃檯打電話問可否提前拿，他老兄直接請洗衣店幫忙送來酒店櫃檯，讓我們放心出去逛街吃飯，真是太感激🥹（再次特別感謝Ryan的幫助）

房間有點小，但房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生。房間的瓶裝水有點小，兩瓶不夠喝的。前台服務非常好，熱情，還有溫馨提示等特別暖心。早餐也很豐盛，單點的也很好吃。

Fantastic new spot—highly recommend! I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly cozy, and since the hotel is brand new, everything felt fresh and modern. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional service; the staff was kind enough to provide a birthday cake for my friend, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture! The property also has a lovely small swimming pool on the roof, which is perfect for relaxing. While the gym was not yet open during my visit, the overall comfort and hospitality made for a great 訂房網站. I look forward to coming back once the amenities are fully operational. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay!

I had a pleasant stay at Solaria D’Oriente. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very strategic location, making it easy to get around. The rooms were always tidy, and housekeeping did a great job replenishing the amenities every day. What stood out the most was the staff—they were attentive, friendly, and always responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Since the hotel is still quite new, some facilities such as the gym, spa, and pool are not fully operational yet. However, I believe that once everything is up and running, this hotel will be an even better place to stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression and stayed consistent throughout my visit. Breakfast was a highlight,,,a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes, all high quality and freshly prepared. Great variety every morning. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service this hotel gets the essentials right. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travelers.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Solaria d'Oriente Hotel in Hanoi, a spanking-brand-new Vietnamese boutique hotel that had just opened a week prior. Everything was wonderfully clean and fresh, and you could really feel the newness throughout your stay. The service was impeccable, with personable touches from the staff that made my stay feel truly special. As a perfect example, they helped arrange my transport to Ninh Binh and even packed some fruits for me for the two-hour car ride; a thoughtful gesture that I thought was absolutely wonderful, along with a lovely coffee drip souvenir. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the location was absolutely perfect, being just a short walk to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, a wonderful spot to explore fantastic local food. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a sufficient buffet plus an à la carte menu, providing a wonderful start to the day. Every detail made for a memorable experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Solaria D’Oriente. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very strategic location, making it easy to get around.
