極度避雷！這家酒店虛假宣傳、衞生惡劣、設施完全報廢！毫無隔音，跟睡在垃圾堆裡無分別，定下來800一晚不如80的青旅！！！ 房間蟑螂到處爬，空間狹小到連放行李的桌子都沒有，床型和照片嚴重不符，純屬欺騙消費者。 衞生間水管持續漏水，房間又臟又潮，被子都是濕的，根本無法入睡。 衞生、設施、誠信全不達標，花錢找罪受，千萬不要訂！

My room next to the elevator and stairs , window can’t be open but feeeling unsafe to stay there , ao I called 訂房網站.com and requested cxl the remaining nights , but unfortunately my booking can’t be cxl . So after spoke to the hotel manager, she agreed to upgraded a room for Me . The upstairs room is more clean and safe . I had a Bad experience but finally feel happy

Very nice and accommodating staff they have free biscuits and tea in the lobby while waiting , some parts of the hotel is still under construction but they will gonna assure you have a nice stay. Thank you so much

Newly opened and there was still some renovations on going in the hotel during our stay in March 2026. The bed is nice. Although there were still slight renovation smell in our room (and our nose is quite sensitive too), they try their best to accommodate us, including lending us the air purifier. The breakfast is comfortable and enough to fill you up before a day walk around Hanoi. Location in old quarter is nice, within walking distance to many tourism spots. Plenty of nice food around too. The staffs are very accomodating. I fund those who has been a great help wear no name sign, so I cannot compliment them here. The only one I know is Grace, as she has been helping me to arrange my transportation to Ninh Binh and back. She was trying her best to plan the routes, finding a good deal and checking on upon us. Another staff we love a lot is the breakfast lady. She is very cheerful, remember the kids, making sure you eat enough, etc, she is lovely. The warm tea you served every time you return back to the hotel is my daughter favorite too. We did not use the pool yet, it is located on the ground floor, besides the lobby. And indoor one. Since renovations are still going, I can't wait to see how they will perfected once everything finished

All staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Elise who assisted us with both check in and out. The hotel has only been in operation for a few months and hence still a lot of work in progress to make the place more presentable. The room is also a bit dark and more lighting is preferable.

amazing staff! beautiful hotel! staff were very warm and welcoming especially the trainee i didn’t catch her name very lovely and communicative. when im back in hanoi i will definitely be staying here again. room was beautiful/ clean.. everything you could have expected and more.

The hotel is nice and and the room was espetacular. However there was a lot of building work going on so there was a lot of noise and dust everywhere on the social areas.
