酒店位置很好，周邊都是景點。

設施：幾乎都是新的可靠好用 衞生：乾淨無異味無雜音 服務：挺好的，早餐好吃😋豐盛

I have pictures of everything I will say. The hotel is by no means a 5* hotel. Upon arrival we are given a very used key card to the room in a sleeve also quite used and dirty (see picture). I don't think this is acceptable in a supposedly 5* hotel. I was traveling with my adult daughter. We asked for an extra key to the room as we have different schedules. We were told they could not give it to us FOR OUR SAFETY. WHAT??? When we insisted they said they did not have key cards (¿?) and they could escort my daughter into the room whenever she wanted to enter. Again not acceptable. Finally, the nonexistent key materialized when I said I could not believe that was happening in a 5* hotel. Employees were spending the night laying on the lobby couches with their feet on them with no protection (sheet or blanket). Again, BY NO MEANS A 5* hotel. I think that rating is deceptive. Our room size was supposed to be 25 m2. That was the ultimate reason why I chose this hotel instead of another 5* one with a smaller room. But AGAIN THIS IS DECEPTIVE. Room is Clearly smaller. Breakfast was good and people working there super nice as were cleaning workers. Before leaving I left a review on google giving my opinion (anyone can verify this). When I checked out and was going to call for a taxi they said we had a complimentary car to the airport because of the length of our stay. We did not know about that and accepted it insisting we were in a hurry. They said we had to sit to wait for the ride. We did. Then a manager came and HORRIBLY PRESSURED me into erasing the review. She really tried hard to make me feel bad for having given my honest opinion. I told the lady I thought what she was doing was not right I said my complaints had nothing at all to do with her personally or the other employees, but with to the general managing or owners of the hotel, but her pressuring me like that was really not right. Only after I refused many times to change or erase the review, they actually called the taxi. I wished I knew all this before making the reservation. I hope my experience can help others make a better informed decision. I am not an exquisite traveler and I very rarely complain. Had this been a 3* hotel I would have smiled at the incidents I have told (except for the coercion at the end), but I really thought I was going to a 5* hotel.

Delicious Breakfast & Great Location! Fantastic hotel steps away from the Old Quarter! Loved the delicious, wide-variety breakfast spread each morning. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking sunset views, and the rooms are clean and modern. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice place but no way this is a 5 star hotel, maybe 3. Service was great but it’s a very small hotel and everything is small. Room suppose to be 25sqm is maybe 18sqm max. No room. Same for pool and gym. All very small. Again the service is good and clean but very small

スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。 部屋も清潔感がありとても良かったです。 お願いした氷やテイクアウトの朝食を忘れたりがあったのですが、スタッフの気持ちの良い対応でまた泊まりたいホテルでした。

Ot was a great welcoming moment when we arrived with my family. Mr Henry is the front receptionist. He was professional and demonstrated kindness. The location is close to the old quarters. I would definitely come back! There are so many hotels in Hanoi. However it's a needle in a haystack to have someone take care of you from the beginning to the end.

The location was very good. It was near many shops and tourist attractions by walking distance.
