這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店服務真的沒得説，工作人員都非常熱情專業，從入住到退房都讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間寬敞整潔，裝修精緻，床品舒適，設施齊全，住得很舒服。酒店地理位置也特別方便，周邊吃飯、購物、出行都很便捷。整體體驗超出預期，下次來還會選擇這裡，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable thanks to the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make everything smooth and stress-free. They assisted with my airport pickup by car, and the coordination was seamless. I also really appreciated the support provided for planning my activities—my tour guide was excellent, and the hotel helped with convenient restaurant bookings so I didn’t have to worry about anything during my visit. The spa experience was also good overall. The masseurs were professional and their technique was fine, leaving me feeling relaxed after a long day of travel. Overall, the hotel delivers on service, convenience, and comfort—highly recommended!

New hotel from the same group with the other Du Lac Hotels. Excellent service, all staff tried their best to cater to each guests personally. Welcome drink accompanied with dried sweetened prunes(?) were refreshing. The front desk staffs spoke very good english and would help you for every info/ enquiries. Breakfast was buffet style with a list of ala cartes (egg benedict shown) to choose from. Buffet options were not very huge but all used good, fresh ingredient. The resto manager were great, one of the very few hotel restaurant/ FnB manager who would personally serve regular guests (non VIP). They have indoor pool in the basement, with adjacent room gym, and a pay-per-use indoor onsen facility. Did not use these facilities, as they were closed quite early in the evening. Located very near train street, popular food spots. Very happy with my stay overall.
