- toilet ceiling is leaking - staff communications skill needs to improve if attending to foreigner - during the last night stayed in the hotel, the staff did not placed back the standard items back to the room such as towels - room has the aircon condensed smell where the hotel need to maintain and air the room and area for the guests

早餐種類雖然唔多，但勝在味道好，而且非常便宜。

Great service and friendly reception. We got a room upgrade with a balcony, because the other rooms were full.

在河內一週，本不想換酒店的，實在忍無可忍！300多一晚在河內不算便宜了！一進去，我都懵逼了！地方小到我們讓行李箱攤開的地方都沒有！哪怕在國內100多都沒有這麼誇張！你可是河內啊？你搞出了香港寸土寸金的感覺！其次是酒店周邊裝修8:00不到就開始鑽頭嗡嗡嗡！還有這個房型靠著電梯，早上不停電梯聲音！還有‼️洗澡間連放沐浴產品的架子都沒‼️幾十塊錢的架子為什麼不裝一個？難道我洗一半再出來拿洗髮精，洗洗再出來拿沐浴乳？怎麼想的⁉️還有更無語的是‼️早飯‼️在另外一家酒店，要坐車過去‼️這麼多無語的事件➕一起簡直瘋了‼️300多一晚你怎麼敢的⁉️就沒有真實評價嗎⁉️

環境不錯，衞生、設施都不錯。交通也很便捷，整體性價比很高！服務也很好！是一個很不錯的選擇！推薦！推薦！

to find a comfortable and clean hotel in Vietnam it’s a little bit hard 😊this one is a good hotel. I can say from my own experience that before i stayed in down town 5 stars hotel, but the cleanliness was indescribably bad( but that location was perfect)👍i recommend everyone to stay here

隔音效果很差，一大早八點多，打掃衞生的阿姨就在外面聊天，吵鬧，影響休息，不推薦入住

設施：一般 衞生：很好 環境：很好 房間有點小

Hotel location is not easy to find in the Grab app. Book a Standard Room 7 days and realised it was very small. On top of that, there was cigarette smell in the room where it was stated 'No Smoking'. Hence, we top-up and upgraded to a suite with bathtub. Decent size but the bathtub was located outside the bathroom, besides the living room openly. The aircon was dripping water on the 4th day and they did resolved the issue on the same day. Breakfast have to walk 500m to their other branch. They cited that they used have transport to breakfast by a buggy. Unfortunately, it was broken and repairing. In the meantime, they'll book Grab for the customers to go for breakfast. However, they never book Grab for me and the buggy was still down throughout the 7 days of my stay. Bruffet breakfast is from 6:30am to 9:30am Frankly speaking, taste is not bad but supply was limited. Have to reached before 8am, if not, there is not much thing left. There's once I reached at 8:30am and there is nothing left. I ask for replenish of the food, the staff said no more. After that, I have to forced myself to wake up at 7am in order to get the food. The housekeeping never change my bed sheet for the whole period of my 7 days stay.and my complimentary water was not replenished everyday. The whole experience was not so pleasant.

コンビニは徒歩10分前後とあまり近くには有りません。 シャワーの溫水の出が良くなかったです。 また、足拭きマットがありませんでした。 朝食會場がPCA2ホテルまで移動する必要が有ります。 バルコニーからの眺めは良い感じです。
