Location a little peculiar to foreign tourists probably as located inside small lane only small motorcycles and people can weave through carefully. No access if travelling by car and no carparking lots or spaces situated within facility. Good for no-frills travel, walls are thin and no soundproofing, can hear neighbours noises and the airconditioner in room a tad loud at night when turned on for normal temperatures. Basically can get better rooms (better soundproofing, no aircon noises, large size rooms by area for similar prices). At night the lane outside entrance might be spookily dark at times. No facilities such as gym, swimming pool, breakfast or lounge. Expect a simple place for sleeping and convenient location smack right inside Ba Dinh area. Otherwise nothing worth to shout about. For those people with heavy and big luggages, do not recommend this place as inconvenient for moving in and out , checking and checking out. Lift is small as well to note. Good food places nearby and a no-frills place for a simple sleep smack right in middle of Hanoi. The lane is smaller then pictures posted.

Ở lumi thì khi này khách nước ngoài là chủ yếu. Nhà nghỉ nằm ở trong ngõ rất là sâu nhưng có biển chỉ dẫn nên là tìm thấy không phải là quá khó. Phần chăn ga ơ giường mình đánh giá vệ sinh chưa được tốt cho lắm, vẫn còn tóc của khách cũ trên ga giường, trên gối cũng có một vết bẩn. Điều hòa thì thuộc loại cũ nên mở ra cần một thời gian mới lạnh. Tổng quan theo đánh giá mình thấy ở tạm thì chấp nhận được, nếu cư trú dài hạn thì cần lên phải xem xét thêm.

接待人員可愛漂亮，住房有大的落地窗陽光可以直接照進來，這次住房體驗非常好，有來河內的旅遊可以預訂LUMI.

服務不是很專業。在越南的第一晚由於是凌晨的航班到達，所以圖便宜隨便選擇了一家。我之前有考慮到到達時間太早所以提前郵件通知房東會很晚到請確保前台有人幫我辦理入住，得到的答覆説沒有問題，但我們到達以後前台根本沒有人，由於我的sim卡不能打國際電話所以一直聯繫不上房東，我們凌晨4點在一樓等了快一個小時，最後才回復我鑰匙和房卡已經夾在了桌上的書本里。房間很舊，但這個價位我不要求太多。主要是衞生狀況一般，廁所有異味，地板很髒，且隔音效果太差，隔壁房間的電視聲我可以聽的一清二楚。

マイナス點・プラスチックのコップ割れていた。・ボディソープのポンプが壊れていた。・バスタオルが少し臭かった。・チェックアウト時に誰もいなかった。プラス點・エアコン2台あって暑さ対策は◯

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's in a much quieter area of Hanoi, affectionately known as "Little Japan". The Old Quarter was overcrowded and far too hectic for my liking. Tourism saturated! If you're looking for a much quieter and more relaxed neighbourhood then I'd recommend it here. The apartment is tastefully furnished and even has a washing washing. Plenty of hot water and the room was very clean and of a high standard. I did not find it easy to communicate with the establishment during my stay. I suggest they share a WeChat or WhatsApp QR code when you check in.Then you can instantly send messages, and use the translation function.This idea is used a lot in China and it works really well. Would definitely stay here again. GRAB are plentiful and easy to book if you want to get to the main "happening" areas (about a 15/20 minute ride, I used GRAB bikes, MUCH quicker than a car).
