Làm dịch vụ nhưng vị trí bất tiện, 11h hơn đi ăn về thì đã khoá cổng bên dưới, phải gọi chủ rồi gọi bảo vệ mới vào được 👩🦯👩🦯👩🦯 Nhà vệ sinh cũng khá là cũ Ngõ nhỏ nên không đi taxi vào được.

It was great having a kitchen. Even without a knife and a fork, boiling water for tea and boiling potatoes etc was great. The place is really spacious too. The location is far from the really nice old town. About a 35-40 minute walk, but I knew that. I just didn't know how nice it is to be in the old town. My biggest complaint was the cleaning. It was just surface cleaning. The kitchen cabinets and the bathroom tiles and mirror really need a better in depth job. But the $10 per night was a good deal despite all that. Even if I realized fast that I was sharing it with a rat or a mouse. I got back from town and heard noise while opening the door. Found some of the food all over the floor. Apparently he liked my fruit cookie. After I put All the food inside the fridge and the garbage on the balcony I don't think that it visited again. I don't think he lives inside the apartment but only comes here to eat. :)

j’ai réservé ce logement pour 3 nuits. le rapport qualité prix est très bon, c’est un appartement avec 3 pièces et assez grand. ce n’est pas situé dans le vieux quartier mais la rue est agréable avec tous les commerces nécessaires. n’oubliez pas de demander le badge si vous voulez rentrer de nuit. le seul point négatif est qu’on entend le bruit des scooters

Scam, do not book this apartment. This service pulled a classic scam that is common in Vietnam. They will claim that there is a problem with the apartment and tell you that you have to relocate to another one, which they own. I was moved to this other apartment and they didn't even pay for my taxi ride after they said they would. First they tried to tell me that I had to go somewhere else, upon refusal, they said I had to relocate. There is no "reception" or any kind of service. The apartment I ended up in was decent, but the trouble getting there really ruined things for me.

Room was not ready when arrived but cleaned and ready within an hour. It is comfortable but very basic. There is 24 concierge. Intrusive if you have visitors, they want id cards and knock on the door, very strange.

very good and cozy hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice host. the only disadvantage is that it’s too far from center, it took me 20 minutes by bike and 50 minutes by feet to get to downtown
