入住便捷性：全程自助入住，但是樓下的門禁以前是刷卡，現在換成面部識別了，每次進門需要讓保安開門，有些麻煩。 設施：設施齊全，公寓式，洗衣機烘乾機都能用 衞生：還可以吧，肯定是個星級酒店有差距，不會每天都打掃，基本三天打掃一次。 環境：環境還行，地理位置我挺喜歡，樓下兩個商場，樂天超市挺方便，去西湖和還劍湖都不算太遠。

Not many photos were taken during the stay, but overall the experience was pleasant. This is an apartment-style accommodation, so it's best to contact customer service in advance for check-in arrangements. The customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout. The unit comes with a kitchen and washing machine, which made everything very convenientful.

6일간 출장중 5박을 사용했습니다. 주변환경, 시설, 위치등 저에게는 아주 좋은 장소이며, 거래처등과 가깝고 주변에 일본대사관이 있어서 그런지 일식집이 않았습니다. 롯데호텔과 지하층에 롯데마트등 과일등 모든것이 어럽지 않게 구입을 할수 있어서 편리했습니다. 댜음기회에도 사용 할것 같습니다. 그리고 청소 하시는 분들이 아주 깨끗하게 침대와 화장실을 청결하게 해주셔서 아주 마음에 들었습니다.

First of all, the location is good, in the center of the city, the room is bigger than hotel room, this is the reason why I booked. Unfortunately the host is not professional for a listing, she has no any instruction in her listing, and has wrong information of "24 hours front desk" in her listing, the 24 hour front desk is for the building but not for her listing, the front desk could not answer and help any when I arrived, she couldn't give me a clear instruction to check in when I called her, I waited for one hour to enter the room when finally she come to open the door. When I enter the house, I found the toilet and washing sink were not clean enough, there is obvious dirty mark on, the shower towel are too old, I dear not use the towel for shower, I did not take shower that day, and I immediately booked another hotel and check out the second day. I booked for two days and only stay for one day, I prefer to loss one day room charge. Anyway the bed and the pillow are clean and I still can stay for one night, thanks.

Centrally located, West lake are nearby around 4-5 kms, also close to old quarters. Coffee shop, restaurant in the close vicinity. Good for modern living with historical tourist attractions few kms away. Only need to improve upgrade bathroom & other amenities in the apartment, other than this all good.
