地理位置很好，位於老城區內。房間乾淨。服務非常好，從前台開始到送離店都熱情服務。訂的小型套房但其實就是一個30幾平的正常房間不太算套房。唯一的問題是房間很潮濕，第一晚被子感覺都是濕冷的，後來跟酒店反映後送來一台大型抽濕機好多了。總體來説體驗很不錯。

設施：泳池很迷你，基本國內四星的感覺。衞生：乾淨，整潔環境：市中心很方便服務：飛河內很多航班半夜到達，中午提早入住很需要，我們早上7點到酒店，辦理完入住後，加了前台服務員微信，11點多就通知可以入房間，中文服務相當友好。

Fantastic place to stay for a first 訂房網站 to Hanoi! Excellent staff service - my flight arrived in the middle of the night, after city flooding, so no Grab transport from the airport, only extortionate prices from fake Grab drivers. The hotel promptly arranged driver for me. Really appreciated, given the very late time of night and being a solo female traveller. Hotel was spotless. Excellent breakfast, with lovely views of city rooftops! Great location, countless coffee shops, close to city bus tour pick up too! Good/quiet night's sleep, despite being in centre. Would stay again!!

저희는 7박을 예약했어요 들어가자마자 친절하게 맞아주셨고 웰컴 드링크와 간식도 챙겨주셨어요^^ 수영장도 구경했는데 사진으로 본거보다 훨씬 예쁘고 좋았어요 방도 침대도 크고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 호안끼엠 호수와 가까웠고 주변에 먹거리나 약국도 바로 앞이라 이용하기 좋았어요 그리고 조식이 맛있었어요 ^^ 음식도 깔끔하고 하루도 빠지지않고 맛있게 챙겨 먹었답니다 직원들이 모두 친절하고 청소도 매일 깨끗하게 해주셔서 감사했어요. 하노이에 다시 오면 재방문 의사 100% 입니다 We booked a 7-night stay. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived, and were given a welcome drink and snacks. ^^ We also checked out the pool, which was much prettier and better than it looked in the photos. The room and bed were large, clean, and comfortable. It was close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and there were plenty of restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, which was convenient. And the breakfast was delicious. ^^ The food was clean, and we enjoyed it every single day. The staff were all friendly, and the daily cleaning was spotless. I was grateful. If I ever return to Hanoi, I would 100% return.

Finding a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter can be overwhelming, but I’m so glad I chose La Siesta. It exceeded my expectations – the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms bright and spacious with comfy beds, an excellent shower, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, and we also had Vietnamese fish for lunch there, which was outstanding. The view was great. With the 20% discount, the price was excellent for the generous portion and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant!Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam – I’d happily return and will recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

하노이에 갈 때 마다 투숙하는 곳 입니다. 위치 너무 좋고 호텔도 너무 깔끔합니다. 작지만 수영장도 있고요 그리고 조식이 너무 맛있습니다. 라떼는 꼭 드셔보세요~

連續住了兩晚，兩間小型套房。這個房型每層只有1間，在最後邊（11號房）。第一晚有一間發覺有異味，酒店立即安排空氣清淨機，態度好。雖然最後發現還是有異味，第二晚安排另一間，問題解決。酒店位處遇劍湖周邊，步行2-3分鐘即到。樓下左轉就有太多太多店可逛。 11樓早餐精緻但尚算豐富。酒店最令人感動馝是服務意識！從門衛、到前台或餐廳服務員，都有很強的服務意識。我住的5星級酒店沒有100家，也有幾十家了，真正有這個服務意識的，沒有太多家，非常難得。也正是這點，我相信酒店一定會越做越好，也願意推薦大家入住。最後走的時候，前台小姐姐還特地送我們上車，並且給我們一袋小禮物（餅乾）。謝謝

Glad to have chosen la siesta hang trung among the hundrrds of hotels in hanoi. Location was close to shops and restaurants yet away from the big crowds. Front desk and door assistants were readily available to assist. Red bean staff were the best. I enjoyed the daily breakfast spread. Tram nguyen is a gem so as rhe rest of the crew (all of them). Both the junior suite and owner's suite are remarkable! See you soon!!!
