Cuando llegamos al hotel tuvimos que hablar por WhatsApp a una línea que no existía y cuando conseguimos hablar con alguien nos dijeron que no podíamos alojarnos porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nadie nos había avisado. Tuvimos que buscar otro a última hora, no lo recomendamos.

セルフチェックインなので、チェックインするにはワッツアップのアカウントが必要です。難しかったです。シャワーの水圧は、ありえないくらい弱かったですが、お湯が出たので悪くないです。

whatsappのアカウントを開設してurlから入ろうとしましたがエラーで入れず、入り口にいた泊まっていた人に代理で対応してもらいやっと入れた。でも送られて來たメインドアの番號も間違っていて、再度入る時も困りました。慣れてない人はやめておいたほうが無難です。

My second stay in 2 weeks. As i was heading back to hanoi. Therefore, book this room again It os loft bed. For those who's leg is weak. Dont book this type coz it will be dangerous if you walk downward. Better book the double bed type. Was abit puzzled as i keyed in my credit card flduring booking. But owner told me i have not paid. And send me a link for payment. As i checked out really early on the next day for my bus journey. Strangely, during my fiest booking, the credit card payment was fine. I still have the details with me. Will check my credit bill the next few days. To see if there is a double charge.

越南最後一站，住的這家。地點位置優越，過馬路就能到老城。出門吃喝很多。房間大。設備新。老闆服務特別棒。因為沒有ZALO軟件，後來加了老闆的微信。想來的國人推薦這家。注：要提前聯繫好啊。別到了地方一抹黑。（到越南買不到號碼卡，無法註冊軟件）

무인 호텔입니다. 밖에 모습은 간판도 없고 공사중인것 같지만 내부는 아주 훌륭합니다. 수압이 좀 아쉽긴 했지만 나머진 다 새 것 같습미다. 외부 문 앞에 언락처 QR코드가 있습니다

Attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur malgré les nombreux étages. De plus la chambre était mal aérée et humide dû à l'absence de fenêtre et de toit. C'était également très bruyant. Tout ceci justifie ce prix attractif.

I accidentally booked late without seeing check in details. You need WA or zalo to talk with them. A lovely tennant helped me inside though. I didnt stay for more a hour. But the room seemed really nice and clean.
