河內德隆德酒店 (Hotel de Rond)

房間挺大的 廁所也不錯 比起其他房間性價比很高 離還劍湖優衣庫很近 好買 設施：還行吧 衞生：還可以 環境：這個房型不錯的 11111

酒店在法租區，晚上比老城區的那些酒店安靜。附近沒什麼小商小販，但是走三分鐘就到河內歌劇院，還有越南證券交易所。附近三步一亭五步一崗，很多警察，很安全 早飯和我之前住的相同價位的酒店相比，有點粗糙，可能是之前住的酒店早飯大超預期 但是前台衹有一個能説英語，如果那個人恰好不在，比如我退房時遇到的，那就要話很久連筆畫帶猜和對方溝通

住酒酒很少寫差評，但今次例外。本應看過這酒店以往的評論不錯，才與家人訂下此酒店，結果中伏了。首先地點附近真的沒有什麼配套，這點明白的，其他有些酒店較為方便。重點是以下提及幾點。1)問前台拿日用品，佢會一副冇耐表情問你為什麼，真的有需要嗎？仲要話睇下有冇先，冇話過答你最終有冇。其實兩個人訓，只係想令外張被，冇唔緊要唔洗咁。其實連食早餐問侍應order食物亦一樣，要睇人面色。2)保險箱成日都用唔到，有等於冇，令外沖涼水壓極低。3)拎住一袋二袋加一大箱物品反酒店，令側面扮睇你唔到，同其他河內酒店服務真係差天共地。4)亦係最精彩的事情，傍晚反到酒店，我所訂的兩個房間沒有了冷氣變左暖氣，房間熱到。。。奇怪地問前台，佢地居然答我，由於有其他客反映了房間太冷，所以關左冷氣開左暖氣。投訴完，佢地開番，但食完晚飯返去，同樣情況又發生。結果再經一次投訴先再開反冷氣。其他人係客，我地唔係客？人地想要暖氣，難道我地就要同人地一齊用暖氣。最好笑係服務員提議，如果太熱開少少窗通風。唔知係咪同我開玩笑呢？好彩發生向最後一晚，要不然我一定早走退房轉酒店。為什麼黎旅遊仲要貼錢買難受，住過河內其他酒店沒有這麼離譜的。沒有過份希望，但未至於係咁，失望到一個點！！希望酒店明白正視發生過咩事！ I rarely write bad reviews for hotels, but this time is an exception. I booked this hotel with my family after reading previous positive reviews, but we were disappointed. First of all, there are really no amenities nearby, which is obvious; other hotels are more convenient. The main points are as follows: 1) When we asked the front desk for blanket , they gave us a long face and asked why we needed them. They even said they would check if they had any, without giving us a definitive answer. We were just trying to get a blanket for the two of us to sleep, and there was no need for that. The same thing happened when we asked the waiter to order food for breakfast at restaurant; we had to be very polite. 2) The safe was practically useless, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. 3) We carried bags and a large box of items back to the hotel, pretending not to see us from the side. The service was worlds apart from other hotels in Hanoi. 4) And this is the most ridiculous thing: when I returned to the hotel in the evening, the two rooms I booked had switched from air conditioning to heating, and the rooms were unbearably hot... I asked the front desk, and they actually told me that other guests had complained that the rooms were too cold, so they turned off the air conditioning and turned on the heating. After I complained, they turned it back on, but when I returned after dinner, the same thing happened again. So, after another complaint, they finally turned the air conditioning back on. Are the other guests is guests, and we aren't? They want heating, so are we supposed to share it with them? The funniest thing is that the staff suggested opening the windows a little for ventilation if it's too hot. I don't know if they were joking with me? Luckily, this happened on my last night, otherwise I would have definitely checked out and moved to another hotel. Why do tourists have to pay extra to suffer? I've never stayed in such an outrageous hotel in Hanoi. I didn't have excessive expectations, but it wasn't this bad either; I was extremely disappointed!! I hope the hotel understands and takes seriously what happened!

河內的酒店裡算性價比不錯的了…房間大小合適，早餐馬馬虎虎夠吃…衞生比較乾淨，但是床單被子品質比較差，毛巾質量也不好，都是用的自己的。洗漱產品也感覺不太好，用的自己的

酒店 服務：不錯。 衞生：可以。 設施：還酸新。早餐再頂樓。方便。炸的春捲誇一下！

位置不錯，靠近還劍湖，去河內古城可以步行。 附近有不少咖啡廳和餐廳。 酒店工作人員都很親切，進出都會打招呼。 早餐可以單點牛肉粉或者雞肉粉。 總體不錯！適合出差或者旅遊住。

飯店麻雀雖小，五臟具全，乾淨的環境，簡單的自助式早餐，服務員親自詢問是否要牛肉河粉，櫃台親切介紹飯店設施與規定，還幫我們完成生日蛋糕預訂，房間佈置，只能說讓人感到溫馨，像貴賓一樣被招待

位置很好，走路去還劍湖。服務也很不錯，房間挺舒適，法式風格，是不錯的當地酒店。早餐有牛肉河粉，味道也還不錯。

首先，酒店距離還劍湖，玉山祠，河內老城區，都很近，走路5-10分鐘。稍遠一點的地方打車Grab 10分鐘：越南國家博物館、美術館，獨立廣場，獨柱亭，升龍皇城。前台工作人員非常熱心，第一天入住，幫我把行李箱🧳送到客房，早餐🍳簡單又營養，越南牛肉湯和粉，真的很值得一試。房間很溫馨典雅，每天都天保潔打掃和還洗。
