河內 K 大套房酒店 (Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi)

設施：設施比想象中好很多，去之前還很擔心這種公寓式酒店設施很差，畢竟在河內。沒想到住的很舒服！ 衞生：衞生也很好，客房服務每天都做的很認真！ 環境：住的地方比較安靜，交通也方便！出差每天出行都很方便！ 服務：服務很好！在房間點Grab 外賣可以放在前台，有人送上來！而且都會説英文！

지난 여행에서 하노이의 Grand K Hotel Suites에 3박 4일간 머물렀습니다. 결론부터 말하면 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 객실 스위트룸에 머물렀는데, 공간이 넓고 세련된 인테리어가 인상적이었습니다. 침구 상태도 매우 좋고, 매일 청소가 깔끔히 되어 있어서 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 거실과 주방이 분리되어 있어 가족 단위나 장기 투숙객에게 딱 좋을 것 같습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 도시 전망도 훌륭했어요. 조식 & 서비스 호텔 조식 뷔페는 메뉴 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 특히 쌀국수와 오믈렛 스테이션이 마음에 들었어요. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 영어 소통도 원활해서 불편함이 없었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 전반적으로 응대가 프로페셔널했습니다. 시설 루프탑 수영장은 뷰가 정말 환상적입니다. 실내 수영장과 피트니스 센터도 있어서 아침저녁으로 운동하기 딱 좋았어요. 아이들을 위한 키즈클럽도 따로 있어 가족 여행객에게도 추천드립니다. 위치 호안끼엠 호수 등 중심가에서는 다소 떨어져 있지만, 택시나 그랩을 이용하면 15분 내외로 접근 가능합니다. 대신 주변은 조용해서 휴식하기에 더없이 좋았어요. 호텔 근처에 한국식당도 꽤 있어 식사 해결도 편리했습니다.

CP值高的飯店，設施不錯，服務很好，游泳池很乾淨

酒店大堂在32樓，所以房間都比較高，風景比較好，也比較乾淨比較新。泳池還可以，健身房臭膠味，早餐的玉米臭餿，差評。

地理位置優越，地處河內繁華CBD，房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，非常適閤中國人的口味。適合商務出差，情侶出行，親子旅遊。

5성급으로 호텔직원들 친절하며 뭐하나 빠지는 것이 없습니다 조식도 좋습니다 슼타이 라운지는 정말 배트남 하노이를 한눈에 볼수 있어 좋았습니다 아쉬운 점은 배란다발코니 창문이 작아서 시티뷰가 방안에서 조금 보이는 점 하나 있습ㄴ다

My recent stay at the Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi from June 30 to July 3 was a tale of two halves, but ultimately a very positive experience. While the location was not the strongest point, every other aspect of the hotel was truly exceptional. The location, which I rated as an "okay" 3 out of 5, was decent but didn't quite place us in the heart of the city's action. It was functional for getting around, but travelers looking to be right next to the main sights might find it a little out of the way. Despite this, it was a peaceful area and offered a nice break from the hustle and bustle. Where the hotel truly shined was in every other category. The cleanliness was absolutely superb, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The Deluxe Room was spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh feel throughout our entire stay. It was clear the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. Similarly, the service was flawless. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was a pleasure, and their attentiveness made a huge difference. This excellent service truly elevated our experience. Finally, the facilities were also top-notch, warranting another 5 out of 5. The amenities were modern and well-cared for, providing everything we needed and more. The hotel's infrastructure felt new and polished, adding to the overall sense of luxury and comfort.

環境很好，衞生也很乾凈，設施齊全，性價比比較高，值得推薦，早餐也不錯，對越南米粉是情有獨鍾，怎麼吃都吃不膩。

酒店是2022年新建的，裡面設施很新，酒店服務也很好，早餐豐富，味道好。 吐槽點：馬桶圈真的很無語，坐上去會移動。我定的華麗房房間比較小。 訂房網站有些訊息有誤導：酒店服務人員都不會中文。
