The whole experience with the hotel screams subpar and 3 stars at the most. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is not updated with 訂房網站.com, meaning we ended up walking around like lost chickens for 30 minutes, asking for directions and eventually finding it by looking for similarities in the pictures. Second, the room we were given didn't have an internal lock, and the lock itself was stuffed with tissue. The room had a TV mount with no TV, and there were no mini-fridges or plugs beside the bed. There were also no controls to control the AC; it was simply a fan that kept spinning inside an open vent. The shower was simply a bath-shower combo; however, lacking any shower curtain, you'd end up flooding the whole bathroom. The buffet food was mediocre, with the food only getting good on the last day of our stay. When at the pool, the lifeguard scammed us by stating we needed to pay 10 dinar for the towels upon return, which we did. However, we later found out this was not the case, and we had simply been scammed. The only positive of this hotel is the manager, who was friendly and helpful. Other than that, for a 4-star hotel, the experience was abysmal and much more reminiscent of a 3-star experience.

Hotel n’est pas renouvelé, il y a des fuites d’eau partout , il n’est pas organisé. J’ai attendu 2 heures pour obtenir une chambre . Mauvais plan
