Location of the property is good, however rooms were not quite clean, shower was faulty. Staff interaction was good. Food was decent. View of Dhauladhar range was from the balcony was pleasant.

As booked we reached there there-where no staff to accompany us to our room anyway after getting fresh we called the room service to send mineral water but to be surprised no body come with the water even after so may calls made finally after 2 hrs the staff com with water when enquiry about the delay we found they had only 2 staff for the entire hotel we out for dinner instead ordering this hotel all is to say and suggest don't waste your money in this hotel its better to stay at guest house or anywhere else or ready for the worst and terrible experience during your stay at this hotel

Worst hotel to stay. I had booked breakfast but was not provided. Rooms bed was pathetic. Washroom was dirty. The toilet did not had health faucet. Staff was uncooperative

In the morning, i had to check out at 7:30am. The reception was not in a situation to settle the food bills, and there were no water, since 0600 hrs, and it was difficult to get ready for the check out. They didn’t receive calls either. This is ridiculous.
