Hygate Motel offers a quiet and clean environment that made for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities conveniently provided. The bed was especially comfortable, and the location was close to shops and cafes. There was also ample parking space, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for the price.

Room was dirty on arrival, also on main road so noisy did not stay there checked out and asked for refund. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful. Location was quite out of town and not much about so we moved into the city centre.

We stayed here more than 10 days during our business 訂房網站 to NZ. When we checked in at the 1st time, we were not really happy with the check in staff due to unfriendly service but we decided to continue our stay, we saw a bunch of other friendly staffs. This motel is giving more importance to cleanliness and it has fully equipped kitchen and most importantly it is very close to nearest malls. Will definitely come back and stay here during our next visit.

They required a bond of $100-$200 don't know how they make that judgement. You have to wait for them to check the room to get your bond back, never had a motel that does that, understand people damages property but still a bond, how stingy.

Room although big was very average, could have been cleaner. It was very noisy but the biggest gripe was they charge a bond of $200 Which you don't get back until the cleaners have looked at the room. If you are wanting to leave early before the cleaners arrive, then you have to trust they will pop it back in your account. A hotel may put a hold on an amount but don't normally actually take your money. Upset with 訂房網站.com and Trivago as I did not see this written on their site. I would not have stayed had I known. It was on my receipt after paying but at the bottom and hadn't looked that far down.

This was our second stay at Hygate. It's in a great location close to the city. The units are quite spacious, beds are really comfortable and everything else we needed was provided.

Decent, clean, basic room. But the kitchen is very convenient. The bathroom was a slippery hell scape though. As soon as you turn on the shower and the floor got wet everything was insanely slippery.
