I  recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Stoney Creek and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive to all requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and well-maintained amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed for restful nights after busy days. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of privacy. The location was also very convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy highway access. Parking was free and readily available, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area, whether for business or leisure. Great service, good value, and a relaxing atmosphere.

酒店屬於那種醜到我甚至都不想拍照 但湊合住一晚的確是沒問題的 訂房網站定還是方便的 比在官網訂便宜大概就是免了個稅費

downtown確實有點亂，遠離downtown非常清凈。前台也挺有禮貌的，入住一切都挺順利。房間挺乾淨的。

The hotel was quite strange, they didn’t arrange things according to my requests. Not sure if it’s because I booked through a third-party travel agency, but they put me on the first floor in a disabled room, which I found really odd. Also, for breakfast, you have to collect your voucher from the front desk yourself, otherwise the restaurant will charge you, was wondering a high quality hotel like this one still doing this kind of “old school” arrangement

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem Shopping Plaza der überwiegend nur noch von Büros/Dienstleistern belegt ist. Das Zimmer ist nicht gut beleuchtet und die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Überall im Zimmer waren Haare, es waren Krümel auf dem Nachttisch und ein Haargummie auf dem Tisch. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal nicht erneut hier buchen.

I  recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Stoney Creek and had a very pleasant experience.
